Chapter 2.
*** DATE -: DECEMBER 17, 1986.TIME -: 9:30 am.********The soft buzzing of the fluorescent light along with the gentle breeze coming through the open window blinds awoke the sleeping boy to the sound of birds chirping on a nearby tree right outside of his window. Stefan opened his eyes, adjusting to the light and trying to remember where he was. He sat up straight looking at the closed door and around him. He was alone. Where are his mother and father? Stefan wondered, why was he alone? This isn't his bedroom. Stefan's heart was hammering in his chest. He was scared.A cry for help was about falling off his lips when the door burst open and his mother walked in. "Mamá!" He cried jumping off the bed and running into his mother's open embrace. Vivian's smiles disappeared at the sound of her son sniffling. "What is it, baby? Why are you crying?" She held his chubby cheeks as Stefan blinked tears off his eyes. "I thought you left me, I was scared." He hiccupped. "Honey, why would you think that? You fell asleep, then we got you a room so you could sleep comfortably on a bed. I'm so sorry if we made you worry?" Vivian kissed his forehead."OK Mamá." Stefan hugged his mother, assuring himself that she was really there and that he wasn't alone anymore while enjoying the love and warmth his mother gives."Do you want to see your baby brother now?" Vivian whispered into their hug."Yes!" Stefan came alive immediately, the moment he has been waiting for. He cleaned the dried tears off his face while practically dragging his mother out of the room. Vivian laughed and followed her son out of the room and into the lobby. Stefan stopped in his tracks, having no idea which way to go. He stared at his mother, his eyes pleading for her to lead the way. Vivian shook her head and smiled while pulling the confused boy down the hallway to their destination. Mother and son came face to face with a closed door and Vivian placed a soft knock on the door as she whispered to her son. "Try to be quiet, the baby is sleeping on Grandma's laps." At the nod of Stefan's head both mother and child opened and walked into the crowded room. Once inside Stefan hid behind his mother's legs, he peeked from his hiding place and saw his father, his uncle Jared, Patricio Aunt Gina's husband, and his Grandpa were speaking to them in hush tones. Stefan looked to his right and saw his Aunt Mary, uncle Jared's wife, on a bed with wires and tubes connected into her body. Aunt Gina sat beside her and was whispering in her ear. Aunt Mary has a smile on her face. Stefan looked away and in front of him was his Grandma carrying the little bundle, his eyes snapped back to meet his mother's smiling face."Go on." His mother gave him a gentle push forward and went to join his Aunt Gina. Stefan stood rooted to the ground with different emotions rushing through him. Emotions his little mind could not comprehend. He pushed forward stumbling on each step he took, his eyes glassy with unshed tears. He looked towards his father who indicated for him to keep going by a nod of his head. Two more steps and the little boy was face to face with the bundle in Grandma's hands. The baby seemed to be wrapped up in cotton, Stefan could barely see his face, he looked longingly at his Grandma silently pleading for the baby's face to be revealed.Stefan needed to see his face.As soon as his wish was granted, Stefan found himself staring into deep blue eyes, he had little or no hair on his head, a dot-like nose gracing his face, his mouth a small red color, it was as if they had painted his lips red. His skin is so fair. The baby was beautiful in the eyes of the younger boy. Stefan was overjoyed. His baby. His brother. "Sky," the word came out of his mouth on its own accord. "Sky," he repeated, wailing up. Stefan reached for one tiny hand of his baby brother and smiled as tears ran down his face as if the baby knew Stefan had smiled at him the baby smiled back. "My Sky," Stefan whispered, teardrops falling off his eyes as he ran back to his mother who held him in a gentle embrace. Mary reached for Stefan's hand, kissing and rubbing a slow circle on it."We will call him Sky, you like that don't you?" The sparkle returned to the boy's face once more as he nodded a "Yes!" He is finally a big brother, happy and content, his heart swelled with pride. The need to protect. To love and To keep overpowering the younger boy. Stefan wondered if this was what it meant and felt like having a baby brother. "Sky!" Stefan called out loud and the baby cried. Stefan's little heart squeezed in his chest at the sound of the crying baby. "Please, make him stop, Abuela." 'Grandma' Stefan held his chest, he didn't understand why he was hurting over the crying baby. Stefan felt his eyes water as he watched his Grandma rock the baby back to sleep. The moment the crying stopped, Stefan felt better. His Baby Brother.Chapter 18.****~~~~~~~Stefan had driven them far east and had gotten a motel room for them to spend the night almost morning. As soon as they were in their room the door closed and locked. Sky stared at his beautiful man with shining eyes.Papa Jo was right, Stefan needed to be ready."What?" Stefan whispered. Sky was burning an endless hole into his soul with those blue eyes."Yours." Sky hissed softly. Stefan cupped his face and pecked his mouth, Sky's lips were addicting and he moaned."Mine." Stefan breathed out and Sky bit his lips. It took all the willpower the older boy has to restrain himself from bending him over and fucking him senseless, but this was their first time and he wanted it to be special both for him and for his lover, Stefan settled for his lips instead. He put his hands at the small of Sky's back and then gently let them slide down to grab his sweet ass before starting to back them up. He pushed Sky onto the bed and watched a smile play on the younger boy's f
Chapter 17. *****Stefan breathed a much-needed air, all though it seems painful to inhale. "I'm in love with....w-with Sky," Stefan choked out and almost everyone in the room gasped. "I love him," He stated matter of factly, the words rushing into his soul and crashing down like a strong wave cooling his heart and all that is within him, a newfound strength surged into his body as the said boy turned glistering blue eyes at him. Stefan smiled at him and watched the beautiful pink color adore Sky's angelic face. For a face like that, Stefan would walk through the fire all the way to hell and back."What!?" His mother's terrified voice cracked. "It can't be. You’re bro--." Her voice broke.Stefan ran his hand through his already messed-up hair. "Brothers Ma, I know and I also know how wrong it is in every sense of it but this is what it is. I've tried to stop, to not feel what I've always felt, nothing works mother." "No!" Sky's mother cried out silently. "Remember when I told you I
Chapter 16. ******"What the fuck is going on here." Emily's angry voice broke the quiet night.Sky's eyes lost their sparkles once again to be replaced by an unending rage. He looked between Stefan and the strange woman. A wave of anger so profound filled his heart so much that it could burn a house down."Who the hell is she?" Sky demanded, shooting a death glare at Stefan. "Stefan!" Stefan flinched by that name, this has to be the first time Sky had ever called him by that name and somehow it doesn't sound right. Stefan stood torn between two worlds. Loose Emily and come out to his family then lose them too or keep Emily and hurt Sky even more. Who knew what the boy would turn into this time. It wasn't as if it was any easier on his part. "Baby-" Stefan faced Sky who scoffed and turn away from him. "Baby? Isn't he, your cousin?" Emily's disgusted tone shook both boys."Oh shut the fuck up bitch. Who the hell are you by the way?" Sky threw back at the stunned woman's face. Emily
Chapter 15. *****Sky had never felt such strong emotions before, his body was on fire. Stefan had captured him with just a single glance his way, Sky found himself begging for more from the older boy. He was ready to do Stefan's bidding for the rest of his life. Sky watched Stefan bolt for the door and he knew just what to do. He ran after him.The night air chilled, making his vision blur but he could easily make out the shadow of the older boy. The speed Sky was rushing on the skater was making his head spin. Sky had learned to skate because he knew Stefan loved it. He had done everything the older boy did or loved. He fucking grew his hair longer because he hates seeing Stefan run his fingers in all those girls' hair he always hangs around with. Yet he had gone unnoticed by Stefan. Until Sky found solace in self-loathing. Maybe he wasn't good enough. Maybe he was too weak for Stefan. Maybe....just maybe until Stefan went off to college, but now he's come back home. Sky isn't go
Chapter 14. *****"Sky." Stefan breathed out, his eyes wet, heart screaming to go find the younger boy. But he couldn't. Emily searched the families' faces, they all had this look of worry at the mention of the boy. Had she missed something?"He's up in his room, he will be down in a minute." Sammy voiced and everyone went back to chattering and laughter, Emily decided it's best she dropped it, at least the boy wasn't dead. Stefan needed his Sky, the pull too strong, he needed to go find Sky. "You look amazing." Maya sang into his ears.Stefan smiled down at the pregnant little lady. "And you too, little lady." Maya feigned a sad face. "Who is the lady?" She asked, eyeing Emily as she went about setting a table with the other women."She's my fiance." Stefan smiled, blowing a kiss to Emily and turning Maya to face him."Perra!" Maya slapped the back of his head. "How many more before you quit?""Asshole, yes, but I am most certainly not a bitch." Stefan frowned."This isn't wor
Chapter 13.*****The wind gave a pleasant cold air that was soothing Stefan and making the older boy relax as he felt a sudden weakness surge through him. He rubbed his palms together to keep them from shaking anymore than they already were. Stefan was happy going back home, but something felt out of place. Stefan was going to meet a certain someone, someone he hadn't seen in six years. Well, he did see him online once, but that isn't as much as seeing him again in person. "Six years! God, has it really been that long?" Stefan wondered out loud unbeknownst to him."That long?" Emily asked. Her slender hand came to rest on Stefan's who jolted away from her touch like it was hot iron. "What's wrong?" Emily's worried voice filled Stefan's head and it ached badly. "I'm so sorry, Em." Stefan apologizes even though he had no idea what he was apologizing for, his mind was filled with the thoughts of only one person. "Are you OK?" Emily asked again, this time placing the back of her palm o
