Jayden's POV.

I had been unable to sleep since my conversation with Antonia, and Draven was making things worse by scolding...no, roasting me alive.

"You told her she was jealous. What's wrong with you?"

"I didn't say anything wrong, it was obvious that she was jealous. I just wanted her to see that she had feelings for me, even if she kept denying it!" I snapped, tired of his rebuke.

"Oh come off it! No male in his right senses tells a woman that. You really have no good experience with women at all..." He growled in frustration.

"Can you stop acting like you've been doing anything to help?" I frowned. "You didn't stop me when I wanted to mention jealousy, did you?"

"You never listen to me. I'm sure that if I didn't push you to sleep with her that night, you wouldn't have done it!" He argued.

"You just keep messing things up. We had time earlier to spend with her, but you had to come solve some 'pack affairs' as if the pack would come to an end if you did nothing!" Draven snarled.
