Victor

Spending the day with Freya and Stacey was the best decision I’ve made in a while. On my way to the store, I was having second thoughts. I wasn’t sure if Freya would appreciate me showing up without notice and also, I’d abandoned loads of work at the office and I kept thinking if it was worth it.

Thinking about the amount of fun I had, it was worth every second. Stacey kept teasing me every chance she got but, thankfully, Freya was there to always refute the claims…

I slammed the bedroom door shut, dumped my things on the bed and went straight into the bathroom.

I stood under the shower and just enjoyed myself as the warm water washed over me. I finally stepped out, grabbed a towel and walked into the room naked.

My phone was ringing.

It was one of the security guys that I hired to keep watch on Sonia and Dennis at the hotel. Freya seemed to underestimate the lengths those two could go just to ruin her, but I wasn't going to sit around and let that happen. That was why I h

SoniaI was sitting on the cold plastic chair in the clinic, flinching every time the nurse dabbed the gauze across my cheek. It stung like hell. My eye was still swelling shut, and my lip had cracked open again. I tried not to wince too obviously, but my pride had taken a worse beating than my face. I hate being here, I hate that I’d ended up like this… in prison, bruised and alone. The nurse, a young woman with tired eyes, was quiet as she worked. I was grateful for that. I didn’t want small talk. What was she supposed to say anyway? “Looks like you pissed off the wrong people”? I already knew that. Then the door opened and another nurse poked her head in."You have a visitor," she said, glancing at me like I was some stray dog someone had taken pity on.A visitor? I hadn’t asked for anyone. Nobody was supposed to be coming. My stomach dropped.“Who?” I asked, more defensive than curious. She hesitated. “Your mom.”My throat tightened. I stared at her, the words sinking in like lea

Victor The moment we stepped through the front door, Freya squeezed my hand, her eyes sparkling with that mix of excitement and mischief I’d grown to love. “You know we have to call Stacey now, right? If we wait any longer, she’ll murder us both in our sleep.” I chuckled, pulling her close. “Yeah, yeah. But let me have one second to process the fact that you’re actually wearing my ring.” I lifted her hand, the diamond catching the light. My chest tightened, “holy crap, this is real.”Freya grinned, nudging me toward the couch. “Call your sister, babe. Before she hunts us down.” I grabbed my phone, sinking into the cushions as Freya curled up beside me. Stacey picked up on the second ring, her voice already pitched with suspicion. “You’re calling me this late? Tell me you haven’t done something to get that damsel angry this time around.”I rolled my eyes. “Nice to talk to you too, Stace.” “Cut the crap, Vic. What’s up?” I took a deep breath, exchanging a glance with Freya. Her

  • Too Late To Love, I want Revenge Now!   I really do love you!

Freya Being wrapped up in Victor’s arms after all the surprises, and all the love he’d poured into every single gesture… I realized how lucky I am. He makes me feel so loved it’s overwhelming. I didn’t even know I had tears on my face until he held my face up and kissed the tears away without saying a word, like he understood exactly what they meant. They were tears of joy.And when he pulled me closer again, his voice was a low whisper against my neck, “Let me love you again. Slowly. Properly. No surprises this time. Just… us.”I didn’t speak. I just nodded. What followed wasn’t rushed or desperate, it was slow and full of all the things we hadn’t said in words. He held me like I was something to be treasured, not possessed. Every touch was gentle, every kiss lingering. We weren’t trying to prove anything. We were just… there. Present and in love. And I could feel it in the way his fingers brushed over my skin, how he whispered my name like it was sacred. We didn’t just have s*x, we

  • Too Late To Love, I want Revenge Now!   Let’s get married right away!

FreyaI woke up to soft silence, the kind that draped over everything like freshly fallen snow. The curtains were slightly parted, letting in a silver wash of the morning light that kissed Victor’s bare shoulder where the covers had slipped off. He was fast asleep, breathing deep and slow, his brows relaxed, his lips parted just slightly.God, he looked so peaceful. So completely at ease. Like the weight of everything we’d fought through had finally fallen off his shoulders. And I just sat there, curled up beside him, watching him like a complete sap with the softest smile on my face and tears stinging behind my eyes. Who would’ve thought it would be us standing here now? After everything, the lies, the betrayal, the heartbreaks… we’d somehow carved out something beautiful. He had no idea what I had in store for him.I’d woken up earlier than usual, because today was different. Today, I was going to tell him something that would change everything and in the best way possible.I padded

FreyaWe barely could wait to get back to the hotel. We were all over each other through the drive, kissing, smooching and making out like we hadn’t seen each other in years. Once the car stopped in front of the hotel, we hurried to our suite, pulling Victor with me. I couldn't even look away from his face as I pushed the key into the door and opened it.I was ready to throw myself over his shoulder and let him make passionate love to me, in a rough and wild manner. As soon as we got in, I dipped my tongue down his throat while he struggled to shut the door behind us. We found our way to the chair while kissing desperately like our lives depended on it. It was as if I would never get another chance to be intimate with him. Soft moans kept coming as I licked and sucked his lips and mouth passionately."You taste so sweet, babe," I muttered in his ear, while he moaned."You too, love." He muttered too and then slid his hands over my a*s, gripped my luscious cheeks tight, and spun me ar

FreyaI didn’t even realize we had landed until Victor gently nudged me awake.“Hey,” he whispered, brushing a lock of hair away from my cheek. “We’re here.”I blinked against the soft cabin lights, my body still heavy with sleep, my mind groggy from the flight. “Here?” I asked, voice raspy. “Where’s… here?”Victor only smiled, that sweet boyish smile he wore when he was up to something.“Come see for yourself.”He helped me up and guided me to the window, and seeing the beautiful nature everywhere, I gasped while he nodded.“We’re in Iceland, baby.” He whispered.“You brought me to Iceland?” I turned to him, wide-eyed. “Victor, are you serious?”“I’m always serious when it comes to you,” he said quietly, the sincerity in his voice striking something deep inside me.“The forecast says the aurora will likely be visible today and I know how much you wanted to see the lights. The stress have been too much lately and I thought to help unburden your feelings. What better way than a sweet s

VictorThe moment the judge walked back into the courtroom, it felt like the air grew ten times heavier. The walls closed in. The buzzing whispers died off like a switch had been flipped. Everyone knew what was coming, we could feel it hanging in the silence like a blade waiting to fall.I reached for Freya’s hand and held it tightly. Her fingers were cold but steady. She didn’t look at me, her eyes were locked on the judge and she was calm and focused. God, she was incredible.“All rise,” the bailiff called out, and everyone stood. My heart pounded so hard I could hear it in my ears. I didn’t care about the cameras flashing, or the people whispering. My entire focus was on Sonia and Dennis sitting in the defendant’s box. They looked like shadows of themselves. Dennis had lost that smugness he wore like cologne. Sonia wasn’t smiling anymore. She didn’t even look at her mother anymore. That bridge had burned to ashes. The judge adjusted his glasses and began to speak. His voice was cal

  • Too Late To Love, I want Revenge Now!   My dream life

SoniaI didn’t cry. I'm sure everyone expected me to, the way I sat there, still and silent, watching the woman I used to call mom fall apart under the weight of her own lies. But I didn’t shed a single tear. Not for her. She sat across the courtroom now, slouched like a ghost of the woman she’d been barely an hour ago. She was quiet but not the one that comes from peace but from devastation. And even then, even in that moment, all I could feel was anger. Not sadness or pity. Just mad fury. She had the audacity to look surprised. Like she didn’t see this coming. Like she hadn’t set the entire fire herself and then got shocked when it burned down the house.“You really messed us up,” I whispered under my breath, the words burning on my tongue.I remembered calling her this morning. Her voice had been calm, sweet even, like she had everything under control. “Don’t worry,,” she’d said. “Everything’s in place. They can’t touch you.” She even laughed. And stupid me believed her.Now look a

DarlaI didn’t want to move. For a moment, I sat frozen, watching the bailiff gesture toward the witness stand. My legs felt like dead weight beneath me, glued to the polished marble floor. I looked over at Sonia. She wouldn’t meet my eyes. Her face was pale but still stubborn, like always. The child who ruined my life and still ruining it till now. I stood up slowly, clutching the edge of my seat for balance, and began the long walk to the stand. Each step echoed in my ears like a hammer. The courtroom seemed darker all of a sudden. My hands shook, my breath stilled. Everyone’s eyes were on me, but I only felt the stare of John. I reached the stand and sat down, adjusting my dress with false composure. My pulse thundered against my ribs. The moment I raised my right hand for the oath, my heart almost stopped.“I do,” I whispered, barely audible. I glanced at the judge. His eyes were sharp. No sympathy there. Then, the real storm walked over, Freya’s lawyer.“Mrs. Darla Whitmore,” h
