เข้าสู่ระบบIn the silver Moon Pack, Elara was an Omega who was wolfless. She was a servant who slept in the dirt, and a debt-child used as a footstool by the Alpha’s family. She spent her life waiting for her destined mate to save her. But when Kaelen finally looked her in the eye, he rejected her as his mate publicly. “I, Kaelen of Silver-Moon, reject Elara as my mate. A true Alpha needs a Luna who is strong, not a slave.” Left to die in the freezing rain, Elara thinks her story is over. Out of the darkness come four men who look like gods and move like predators. They are the Vane brothers, the most powerful Alpha bloodline in the world. They have been hunting for their lost sister, Elara, for two decades. Caspian, the Ruthless CEO, Julian, the Brilliant Surgeon. Silas, the Lethal Lawyer. Dante, the Mafia King. They promised to burn the world down for her. They promised she would never be hungry, lonely, or unloved again. But as Elara’s true power awakens–a silver energy that humbles even the strongest Alphas–a dark secret emerges from the Vane family’s past. Her brothers saved her from the Silver Moon Pack, but they might be hiding the truth about her past. And in the shadows, a twin she never knew existed is coming to reclaim the throne.

The smell of cheap bleach and old blood was always on my skin. For twenty years, I lived as the trash of the Silver Moon Pack. My name is Elara, but most people call me “wolfless freak” or “stray.” I was an Omega who couldn’t shift into her wolf, and being an Omega in my pack meant you were a slave. The pack treated me as one. I slept in a cold kennel on the floor, I ate the scraps that the dogs didn’t want.
They told me my parents were thieves who died in shame. They said I was lucky the pack kept me alive to pay back their debt. Everyday was a cycle of pain. I scrubbed the floors until my fingers bled, I carried heavy loads until my back felt like it would snap. And through it all, I had to watch Mirelle.
Mirelle was the Alpha’s daughter. She was everything I was not. She was beautiful, she wore silk dresses, and she was loved by everyone. But her heart was made of stone. She loved to use me as her footstool. She would trip me in the hallway and laugh when I fell. “Clean it up, stray,” she would hiss, her eyes full of hate. I never understood why she hated me so much. I had nothing, and she had everything.
But I had one secret hope. In our world, the Moon Goddess gives everyone a fated mate. When you are near your mate, you feel a strong pull you can’t resist. I felt that pull everytime I was near Kaelen.
Under the glow of a hundred crystal chandeliers, with the entire pack watching, Kaelen’s eyes met mine across the crowded ballroom. He was handsome in his tailored suit, the future Alpha everyone adored, the one who’d secretly smiled at me once when no one was looking. Or had I imagined that? The bond snapped into place like a thunderclap in my soul flooding me with certainty: he was mine. Fated. The pull was undeniably electric, wrapping around my heart like vines. Kaelen was my only hope that kept me alive during the long, freezing nights in the kennel.
Tonight was the night that would change my life. It was the night of the Luna’s Jubilee. It was the night I would finally be with the man I loved.
The ballroom was huge and bright, it was filled with the smell of roasted meat and expensive perfume. I stood in a dark corner, holding a heavy silver tray. My hands were red and sore from washing dishes all day. I wore a thin, dirty tunic that didn’t fit me. Everyone else was wearing silk and gold. I looked down at my feet, trying not to cry.
“Look at this wolfless freak,” someone whispered as I walked by. “She actually thinks she belongs in this room.”
I ignored them. My heart was thumping because I could see Kaelen. He stood on the big stage under the moonlight, glowing like a god himself. The pull in my chest was vibrating so hard it hurt.
He’s going to say it, I thought. He’s going to claim me.
“Stop staring, you dog,” a voice whispered.
It was Mirelle. She was wearing a blue dress embedded with diamonds. She walked past me and hit my tray on purpose. The heavy silver edge dug into my bruised wrists, causing some cold champagne to spill onto my skin. It stung like fire but I didn’t flinch because I couldn’t afford to break a glass.
“Kaelen is about to announce,” Mirelle said with a mean smile. “You should leave now. A dirty, worthless servant like you shouldn’t be seen staring at the future Alpha. It’s bad for the aesthetics.” She walked gracefully to the stage where Kaelen stood and clung to his arm, her lips curling in amusement.
I still didn't move. I caught Kaelen staring at me, and for a heartbeat, I thought I saw a flicker of something. But then his eyes turned cold, colder than the winter wind outside.
“Members of the Silver Moon,” Kaelen’s voice echoed, amplified by his Alpha authority. “A true Alpha needs a Luna who is strong. I, Kaelen of Silver Moon Pack, the future Alpha, formally rejects the bond with the Omega Elara, a slave who can’t even shift. She is a defect of nature, a stain on our lineage. I choose Mirelle as my mate and future Luna.”
Laughter rippled through the crowd followed by applause. The pull I felt in my chest before didn’t just break; it felt like a bomb went off inside my chest. I felt a sharp stabbing pain that made me gasp for air. It was a pain worse than any beating I had ever received. My mate had just rejected me.
I stood there, frozen. I looked up at Kaelen, hoping to see a sign of regret but instead, his eyes were cold. “Kaelen,” I whispered, my voice cracking. “It’s me. Your mate.” He looked at me like I was a piece of trash he had finally thrown in the bin.
“Look at her,” someone shouted. “The servant thought she could be a Queen!”
“Clean it up, stray!” a boy yelled, throwing a piece of cake at me. It hit my face, and the room burst into even louder laughter.
CRASH
My hands shook so much that the silver tray slipped. The crystal glasses hit the floor and shattered into a thousand pieces, champagne splashed everywhere. Everyone stopped laughing and looked at me. I was standing in a pile of broken glass that caused my feet to bleed.
“You clumsy bitch!” Mirelle screamed from the stage. “That glass cost more than your life!”
“How dare you claim me? Guards, take her to the dungeons immediately.” Kaelen used his Alpha command, and in a second, the guards were coming for me.
I didn’t wait. I scrambled to my feet and ran. I ran through the kitchens, past the kennels, and out into the dark forest. It was raining, a cold, biting rain that soaked through my thin clothes in seconds. Thunder roared, lightning splitting the sky as I collapsed in the mud. Sobs wracking my body.
I lay there in the dark alone, watching the rain wash the blood and the cake off my skin. I was ready to die. How had I been so wrong and clueless? Twenty years of hell, all for this? I was twenty years old and I had nobody. No home, no mate, no hope. I closed my eyes and waited for the cold to take me away.
Suddenly, the woods became bright.
I heard the loud roar of engines. Four sets of big, black cars drove across the border line. They didn’t care about the pack rules. They stopped right in front of me.
A man stepped out of the first car. He wasn’t like the wolves I knew. He wore a black blazers that looked very expensive. He was tall and his messy hair was as dark as the night. His eyes glowed with a gold light that looked like fire. He knelt in the mud next to me ignoring the rain. He didn’t care about his clothes. He looked at my thin arms and the scars on my wrist, then my face, and his own face turned into a frown.
“We found you,” he whispered and swooped me off my feet like I weighed nothing.
Elara’s PovThe hum in the air grew louder, vibrating in my very bones. It sounded like a thousand bees were trapped inside my chest, screaming to get out. The floor beneath my gold heels began to shake, and I saw dust falling from the high ceiling of the ballroom. My vision began to change. Everything turned into a bright, glowing silver. I could see the flow of life in the room. I could see the pulse in Kaelen’s neck, beating fast like a trapped bird. The silver light exploded. It hit the room with the force of a tidal wave. A massive shockwave of silver energy burst out of my body. It hit Kaelen square in the chest, lifting him off his feet. He flew backward through the air, crashing through a table filled with food and slamming into the far wall.Mirelle screamed as the light hit her. She fell to her knees, clutching her head. Every champagne glass in the room shattered at the same time. Thousands of tiny shards of glass rained down like diamonds. The giant crystal chandelier abov
Elara’s Pov After training hard with my protective brothers for a couple of days, the next three days were a blur of luxury that felt surreal. I was fed nutrient-rich broths, my skin treated with oils that cost more than a Silver-Moon house. But the fear was still there. Every time a door slammed, I jumped. Every time my brothers’ voices got loud, I wanted to hide under the bed. “Stop that,” a new voice commanded. I looked up to see a man standing in the doorway. He was lithe, dressed in a grey suit, with a smirk on his face. “Hi little sis, I’m Silas, your big brother,” he said, widening his arms like he wanted to give me a hug. "Hello," I said quietly, my voice muffled in the sheets. “Stop hiding your face, cutie,” Silas said, yanking the blankets off my face. He lifted my chin with one finger. “You are a Vane now. Tonight is the Council Gala, and every Alpha will be there. When we enter that ballroom, I want you to raise your head high, and look at them like ants under your
Elara’s Pov“Who… who are you?” I choked out.He looked back at the Silver Moon Pack house with hate in his eyes. “I am Dante Vane, your brother. And I am the man who is going to burn that house to the ground for what they did to my sister.” His voice was deep and steady, the kind of voice that people instinctively obey.Brother? That word felt ridiculous against the howling wind. I tried to laugh, but it turned into a jagged cough as mud filled my throat. “I don’t have brothers,” I wheezed. “My family is dead. Traitors, they called them.”Three more men stepped out of the shadows. They were all tall like him: tall, muscular, but Dante especially looked dangerous. One of them leaned towards me. He scanned me with a small, beeping device. “She’s freezing,” he muttered. “We have to move.”They didn’t question him. Dante dropped me into a massive SUV and wrapped me in a heated blanket. As the car moved, lights of the Silver Moon Pack house vanished in the distance. It was the first time
