SELENA

I couldn't believe my eyes as I stepped into the library. My sister was here, standing in front of me. I hadn't seen her in what felt like an eternity, and tears filled my eyes at the sight of her. I stood in awe, my heart racing as my mind flooded with so many emotions.

I threw a glance at Aiden, the man who had held me captive against my wish was finally allowing me to see my sister. I didn't know his motives, but I didn't care at that moment. My sister was safe and sound, and that was all that mattered.

I looked at my sister, taking in every detail of her appearance the way she stood playing with her finger on the side nervously, the glint in her eyes that betrayed her excitement.

I rushed over to her, engulfing her in a tight hug. She hugged me back, just as tightly, and we both broke down in tears of joy.

"Two minutes, nothing more," Aiden said before leaving us alone and closing the door behind him.
