Chapter 24 DEAL WITH HER

The warm sun rays penetrated through the curtain gaps causing Ashley to stir up from her slumber.

A slight grunt escaped her throat before she unconsciously covered her face, blocking the warm blinding light while blinking several times to clear her blurry sight. Seconds later, she finally had a clearer view. She yawned and squirmed under the sheets. After sleeping for a couple of hours, she felt lighter and much better.

The pain all over her body had subsided compared to the previous day. Her bones and joints seemed fine now and to assure herself that she recuperated enough, she began stretching.

Since her specialty was based on keyboards, her concern was first focused on her hands, more specifically on her fingers therefore she tried to wriggle them and she's relieved to know that all of them have gone back to their original flexibility. The swelling of the skin has dissipated.
