It was five minutes into lunch time when Aria heard a knock on her desk. She looked up quickly from her system to see a pair of smiling eyes staring back at her.

She returned his smile, averted her gaze to the computer, and began typing.

“Can I help?” Nicholas asked as he pulled a chair closer to hers.

“Uh, no. I am almost done. I just need to save this.” she rambled.

Nicholas chuckled at her behaviour and shrugged, waiting for her to finish.

It wasn't the normal time for her to go to bed but she had fallen asleep on various intervals when cross-checking the files given to her by Nicholas.Was it the length of each file or was it the gravity of her ex-husband's committed act that made her feel sleepy?
