ROWAN’S POV

His words hit me like a fucking slap across my face. 'All that matters is that you bear us a child.' I stared at Julian with my fork frozen mid air. The hurt from his words was like a knife being twisted in my chest, making my eyes burn with tears.

Before I could stop myself, my voice snapped in uncontrollable anger. "I'm more than just a sex object or your fucking breeder! I'm also a person! A person who didn't betray her pack, who didn't sell our borders to the rogues! I'm not a fucking baby machine, you can't just reduce me to that!"

Then silence took over the grand dining room, Julian and Marcus just stared at me with unreadable, blank expressions. They were looking at me like I was a child who just threw a silly tantrum. Immediately the anger in me was replaced with embarrassment and my cheeks heated up. My outburst was hanging in the air like a bad joke.

Marcus broke the awkward silence first. "We are right next to you, Rowan. We can hear you perfectly well, you didn't need to scream our ears off." He calmly said with a mocking smirk tugging at his lips as he leaned back in his chair.

Heat flooded my face even more and I dropped my gaze to my plate, wishing the floor would just open up and swallow me whole.

Did I overreact to Julian's statement?

Before I could say another word, I suddenly heard Julian's deep voice right behind my ear.

"Are you done eating?" He asked with his warm breath fanning my ear. But before I could answer, strong arms suddenly scooped me up from the chair, lifting me over his shoulder like I weighed nothing.

I yelped in surprise seeing my view suddenly flipping upside down. "What the–put me the fuck down!" My fist pounded against his broad back but it was like hitting a wall. He didn't even flinch, his strides across the hallway were still steady and effortless. "Hey! This is not funny! Put me down this instant, you asshole!"

My protest fell on deaf ears until we reached a massive door, carved with the same ancient motifs as the dining one. He opened the door and stepped into a grand bedroom that screamed luxury, dark wood, massive chandeliers and a faint scent of sandalwood.

Then he dropped me on the king sized bed, the mattress bouncing under me. I quickly scrambled up and gave him the hardest glare I could. "You can't just carry me around like I'm some sack of–"

"Take your dress off," Julian cut into my rant.

I froze, completely taken aback. "W..what? T..take m..my dress off?" My words were stumbling out in a mess. "W..What about Alpha Marcus?"

"Over here," a voice replied from behind me.

I whipped around to find Marcus already seated on the couch in the room, he was seated comfortably with his legs crossed and a bottle of wine in his hand. How the hell had he gotten here so fast?

"I prefer just Marcus, though," he added, his blue eyes twinkling with amusement.

"I said take the dress off, Rowan." Julian repeated. "Don't make me do it myself,  it'll be less gentle. That dress is too pretty to be ripped." There was no hint of joke in his eyes.

That was when I realised that, this was it– the dreaded moment. My pulse began racing with fear and a spark of heat overwhelming me. My eyes darted to the bottle of wine in Marcus’s hand and without thinking twice, I lunged for it. I snatched the bottle from his hand, popped the cork and gulped down the rich, burning liquid.

When I had finished the content of the bottle, I dropped it on the floor with a heavy thud. I stood and started unzipping the white dress. It slid down my body, pooling at my feet and leaving me in nothing but my plain, grandma-style blue panties.

The normal me would have been mortified at the thought of them being in full display in front of two men but surprisingly it didn't. I guess it was the alcohol.

Julian's grey eyes hooded with raw desire as they raked over my body, while Marcus sized me up hungrily, his lips parting slightly.

"Take off the panties," Marcus ordered, his voice now a pitch lower and raspier than before.

My breath hitched but I hooked my thumbs in the waistband and slid my panties down, stepping out of it. I was now bare naked and completely exposed in front of Alpha Julian and Alpha Marcus.

"Get on the bed," Julian ordered, his tone leaving no room for argument.

I obeyed and crawled into the silk sheets, even though I could feel my heart pounding wildly in my chest. Marcus and Julian approached me, with the wild desire in their eyes and climbed the bed slowly.

Julian slid to my right and Marcus took the left.

A gasp escaped me as Marcus leaned in and took my breast in his mouth, pulling a moan from my lips before I could stop it. While Julian silenced the rest of the moan as he took my mouth in his in a desperate, deep kiss.

  • Claimed By The Twins Alphas    Chapter 64

Julian’s POV I stormed through the woods with Marcus right beside me, my heart slamming against my ribs like a fucking war drum. The mate bond had been screaming at me for the last twenty minutes—Rowan was in trouble. Real trouble. My wolf clawed inside my chest, wanting blood, wanting to rip apart whoever dared touch her. "Where the hell is she?" I growled, fists clenched so tight my knuckles cracked. Marcus didn't answer right away. His baby blue eyes were sharp, scanning every shadow. "The bond says she's close. But I can't smell a damn thing. It's like someone cut off my nose." Same for me. No scent of pine, no trace of Rowan's sweet honey smell, nothing. Just empty air. It pissed me off more than anything. Alphas don't lose their senses. Not us. Not the Knox twins. We pushed deeper, branches snapping under our boots. Then I saw her. Rowan stood frozen in a small clearing, her long black hair messy, hazel eyes wide with pure terror. She looked so small, so fucking scared.

  • Claimed By The Twins Alphas    Chapter 63

Marcus’s POV I paced the hallway like a caged animal, my heart slamming against my ribs. The mate bond pulled tight in my chest, sharp and painful, screaming that Rowan was in trouble danger. Real danger. “Julian!” I shouted, my voice was rough. “Where the fuck is she?” Julian burst out of the study, eyes wild, grey eyes almost black with rage. “I felt it too. She’s scared, Marcus. Something’s wrong.” We took off running, boots pounding on the marble floors. Guards scrambled out of our way as we stormed through the mansion. “Find Rowan!” Julian barked at the nearest enforcer. “Now!” The young wolf nodded fast. “Alpha, we saw Sabrina near the east wing earlier. She was acting strange, heading toward the woods.” My blood turned to ice. Sabrina. That bitch had been a thorn in our side for too long. If she laid one finger on Rowan… Julian’s face twisted. “If that whore touches even a strand of hair on Rowan’s head, I’ll rip her apart myself. Slowly.” “Same here,” I growled, fis

  • Claimed By The Twins Alphas    Chapter 62

Rowan’s POV The silver blade glinted in Sabrina's hand. My heart slammed against my ribs so hard I thought it would burst. I stood there frozen, back against a tree, completely helpless. This was it. I was going to die right here in these woods like some forgotten stray. After everything — the betrayal, the breeder shit, the mating, the killings — it all ended with my mate's crazy ex sticking silver in my chest. Sabrina's lips curled into a nasty smile. "You think you're so special now, don't you? Their Luna? Their fucking whore who stole Julian from me. Time to fix that." She raised the blade higher. I squeezed my eyes shut and waited for the pain. But the pain never came. Instead, I heard a wet, sickening crunch. Sabrina gasped once, a short, surprised sound. Then her body hit the ground with a heavy thud. My eyes flew open. Sabrina lay on her back, staring up at nothing. A woman stood over her, tall and calm like she had all the time in the world. In her right hand, she

  • Claimed By The Twins Alphas    Chapter 61

Rowan’s POV I stood at the edge of the mansion garden, my heart still racing from everything that happened after the mating ceremony. Sabrina had been thrown out of the Crescent Moon Pack like trash. Julian and Marcus made it clear—she was no longer welcome. Part of me felt bad, but most of me didn’t. She had made my life hell for weeks. Hot iron on my skin, nasty words, trying to turn everyone against me. Now she was gone. Or so I thought. My phone buzzed in my pocket. Unknown number. I picked it up anyway. “Rowan?” Sabrina’s voice came through, shaky and small. “It’s me. I… I know I fucked up bad. I just want to say I’m sorry. For everything.” I stayed quiet. Sorry? From her? She kept going. “Please. I’m at the edge of the woods, near the old clearing. I want to show you how sorry I am. Face to face. No tricks. I swear on the Moon Goddess. Come alone. I need to make this right before I leave town for good.” My gut twisted. Something felt wrong. My wolf stirred inside me, whi

Julian’s POV “Alpha Elias!” I shouted, voice echoing down the empty hall. “You better answer, man!” Nothing. Just silence. The kind that made my skin crawl. Marcus was right behind me, his baby blue eyes narrowed. “He was supposed to meet us at dawn. Said he had important shit about the borders. Now he’s gone?” We pushed into his room. The bed was messed up, sheets tangled like he’d fought someone. A chair was knocked over. And there—on the floor by the window—a dark smear of blood. “Fuck,” I muttered, dropping to one knee. I touched it. Still wet. Fresh. “Marcus, look at this.” My twin crouched beside me. His calm face cracked just a bit. “Blood trail leads out. Let’s follow it.” We tracked it down the corridor, past two dead guards slumped against the wall with their throats slit clean. No struggle sounds. No howls. Nothing. The blood drops got thicker as we hit the stairs leading to the basement. My nose twitched, but I couldn’t catch a single scent. Not Elias’s fear-swe

  • Claimed By The Twins Alphas    Chapter 59

Rowan’s POV I woke up with my body tangled between Julian and Marcus. The sheets were still warm and smelled like us—sweat, sex, and that deep alpha scent that now felt like home. My muscles ached in the best way. Last night replayed in my head: their hands, their mouths, the way they both claimed me at the same time until I screamed their names. No more breeder bullshit. They made me their mate. Their Luna. I shifted a little. Julian’s arm was heavy across my waist. Marcus had his face buried in my neck, breathing slow and even. For the first time in forever, I felt safe. Really safe. Then the dream slammed back into me. A woman with dark chestnut hair stood on a pile of dead Alphas. Bodies everywhere—twisted, bloody, eyes missing, chests ripped open. She had icy eyes. I couldn’t see her full face, but those eyes burned into me. Cold. Hungry. Like she owned the mountain of corpses under her feet. My heart started racing. I sat up fast, pushing the twins off me. “Fuck,” I whis
