4- "Nightmare."

HAYDEN, what did you do?

If Greg's accusations about Hayden were true, this bothered Olivia a lot.

Are you out of your mind or are you even thinking straight? You cannot just repeat history itself by falling in love with an enemy!

She was thinking about it the whole night until she fell asleep. The next morning when she woke up and she opened her eyes, she forgot for a moment all the bad dreams that happened to her last night. When she raised her hands to open them widely as she used to do every morning when waking up, realization brought her back to the thought that all that happened to her last night was actually true and weren't just what she thought were terrible nightmares. The handcuffs on her hands proved that.

"Woman, you can keep wishing if you think these are all just nightmares from last night but they're real. You woke up with a chain on your hands, I saved you from your lunatic fling last night, you trusted me enough to ride in my car, and I brought you here. You're playing a real game on this type of nightmare you're having, not just having one." Greg said.

What occurred since last night was real, as evidenced by those affirmations, and she was not only hallucinating.

Her gaze was directed at him and he was leaning against the wall with his arms crossed as if he had been watching her sleeping all this time.

"Were you watching me sleeping all along?!" she asked him with an accusing tone.

"Well, good morning, too," he answered sarcastically.

Olivia rolled her eyes. What does Greg expect after all of this? That she will wake up after being kidnapped by him and then smile sweetly at him and then greet him with a very good morning? There's no way in hell she will ever do that!

"I just got here 5 minutes before you woke up so I guessed I wasn't really watching you sleep too long you expected," he uttered.

And so?

"By the way, it's already 9 in the morning," he continued then glanced at the wristwatch he was wearing.

Of course, he is rich and can afford expensive wristwatches just like what he's wearing today!

She still glanced at the wall clock just above the wall in front of the bed to make sure.

"I know, right." She couldn't help but be sarcastic.

And he just disregarded it. "Aside from that glass of drink your cousin handed you last night, I don't remember anything you ate. You must be very hungry now."

"Oh yeah. Obviously."

Again, the man just ignored her sarcasm and simply signaled one of his men to enter bringing a cart with lots of food for breakfast.

"You should eat your breakfast."

The food crew prepared the dishes one by one. Even if she said that her last meal was at their house last night before going to that bar, she isn't feeling so hungry now, maybe because she has no appetite and all that she just wants is to get out of here and be back to her family. Safe and alive, of course!

The meal has been served well and is now ready to be eaten but Olivia didn't move any of it instead, she just pretended she doesn't really care. She glanced at Greg that's just watching her and waiting for her to devour her food.

He looks like a modern señorito in his dark blue suit and tie. And not to mention, so handsome.

"Come on, De Vera. Take your breakfast already."

"No, I won't," she firmly refused.

"Look at you. You're so skinny, you need to eat," he insisted.

"I don't care. I have no appetite."

Greg did not speak afterward, but he just signaled the food crew to leave, which the latter immediately complied with. Two of them now are left alone in this boring plain but so d*mn huge room!

"Eat, Olivia."

"I said I don't want to!" she hissed and looked at him furiously. "What do you care?! I don't want to eat!"

She just simply leaned into the bed's headboard and looked away from him, still feeling so annoyed.

He sat on the side of her bed and took a spoonful of rice and then a delicious dish to feed her.

"Open your mouth. You have to eat."

She pretended as if she didn't hear him.

"Olivia."

She still ignored him.

"You can't leave your stomach with nothing like this since last night."

She met his eyes. Although his expression was soft, his eyes were blank while staring into hers.

"Can't you understand? I don't want to eat! What I want right now is to leave this bullsh*t place and go back to my cousins and my family and have fun!"

This time, it's he who ignored what she just said about what exactly she wants. He was still holding the tablespoon to feed her.

Annoyed and irritated, she harshly pushed the hand of him that was holding the spoon so the food there tainted his cloth.

"I already said I don't want to eat!"

He did not move for a moment but his expression darkened because of the behavior she just showed him. She simply rolled her eyes. Annoying!

He sighed and then tried to extend his patience despite what she did to him.

"Fine then." He stood up and bang the tablespoon on the table.

He gently pushed the table to the side and then covered the dishes.

"Just eat when you feel like eating. Your clothes will also be brought here in a minute. I'll be going now."

And with that, he went out of the room. She really wanted to kick and slap him because of the hatred she was feeling toward him!

She spent a long time lying and thinking of strategies how to get out and escape from this hell. She started with her cellphone, which did not have a sim card because Greg took them last night so there's no way she could contact anyone with a cellular signal!

She looked out at the windows, she was even feeling more hopeless because it seemed like she was on the top floor of the building and if she would jump through the window, she would definitely be straining her feet big time because it was just too high! She also tried to open the wifi of her phone only to find out that she was right in thinking last night, the wireless connection was d*mn protected with whatever sh*t passcode!

As Greg said, it did not take that long for one of his men to deliver the clothes for her to wear. They were neatly folded and laid on the side of her bed. She didn't bother to touch to look at those because she was not interested in any of his sh*ts, she won't just be a puppet that would follow Greg's order anytime!

Well, not until she felt her own body betraying her. Though it's air-conditioned in this mansion-like jail where she is currently put, the thought that she had not been freshened up since the last night before she went to sleep grosses her so much.

She tried to look at the clothes and they all looked okay to her. Floral maxi dresses and white knee-length house gowns. In fairness, even though she is kidnapped, she is still living like a princess because of the clothes and dresses that Greg sent to her.

She walks into the shower room only to get annoyed once more when she realized her hands are still on-chain preventing her to do things that should've been done with two f*cking hands!

Rushing out of the shower room, she walked around there. How could she get off her clothes when her hands are tied closely with a chain?! How could she shower herself and how could she clean her body? And she doesn't even know how to call Greg or where the heck he is right now to freakin' ask him to remove her chain first. D*mn him to infinity!

Upon walking and looking at everything, she found a surveillance camera on one side of the ceiling. She was a bit surprised. So, for how long did the camera have been here all along? And for what purposes this camera is f*cking installed here?

D*mn him! He intends to watch all of my moves!

Certainly, Olivia's instinct tells her that he might be somewhere right now watching her and monitoring all of her movements using his phone or computer connected with this f*cking annoying camera!

"How the heck would I be able to take a shower if my hands are tightly chained like this? Aren't you out of your mind, Gregory?!" she growled furiously at the camera.

She is sure as hell that she has been heard from anywhere the bullcr*p he is at the moment!

Totally exasperated, she reached for the vase from the side and slammed it hard on the camera, breaking it.

She felt some satisfaction and even smiled at her little victory. At least, at some point, she retaliated by destroying one of his things. She is very sure that wherever he is, he would get furious because of what she did to his installed camera.

Meanwhile, Greg's jaw tightened when he heard Olivia screaming her lungs out in front of the surveillance camera he installed in her room so that he could monitor her actions every minute. He was doing his business paperwork in his office inside the same building when he heard her screaming as if talking to him in front of that camera because she probably knew he was watching her on his computer.

The monitor went black after she hit the camera with a vase. His teeth gritted and he shook his head. She was totally a pain in the a$$!
