Chapter 10 Sky Island

Angela's Pov...

I don't know what's going on, but I'm so surprised when we stopped in front of a restaurant, a while ago. It's our first time eating together outside. Is it a date? He became even more sweet this past few days. I'm not used to it, I'm confused. But it's okay I feel happy for him.

I want him to change but I couldn't dare to ask him, maybe its a bit awkward ha ha ha. On next five days is our marriage anniversary I don't know if he will going to surprise me. I'm looking forward to it.

I felt jealous when I saw or heard that my friends are celebrating their anniversaries in a grand ocassion in a luxurious hotel or famous place in the city.

That is one of my dream. I'm dreaming that someday I will be experiencing its super event in my life. My marriage with Jate is so simple, I hate my grand father that he married me in an unknown guy i felt depressed that day.

I never dreamed of that when I tied to an unknown guy, but it's ok even though I don't know him well enough but to accept what's my grand father wanted for me, I couldn't refused tho. When grand father died, he told me that don't disappoint Jate because he was the one who will carry me, and he will be a big help in the future. I don't know what's grand father meant.

Then recently I slowly knowing him bit by bit, and I noticed that I slowly fell for him, I don't understand. A good for nothing live in son in law really? I don't know what on earth is happening in me.

After we finished eating at the restaurant, we left and went home its getting late now mom will be get angry on us again.

"Let's go?" I said to him, then he nodded and smiled on me, what a melting smile is that ha ha ha. "Oh why are you staring at me like that?" I said. then he just replied "nothing." Really nothing? Hmm are he out of his mind?

Then we left the restaurant and got back home, mom is inside in her room, while dad very often going home, he is a busy man, hmm while mom is like a mellenials hanging out with her friends.

After we arrived at home, I immediately go to the bathroom and get washed, I do these after I got home from work I feel so sticky right now. After taking a shower I immediately entered my room and got changed, and check some files or paper works, then sleep.

Jate is in the living room, his hobby is watching some TV dramas and in sports channels. That dumb husband of mine grrr....

After Angela checking her files, she already fell asleep, she forgot to arranged her files she fell asleep. She's so very hard working but no one appreciating her on the company even her own grand mother.

And then Jate finished watching he entered to their room, and saw Angela fell asleep as her files were at mess on her bed, and her laptop is on her lap.

Jate immediately arrage the files on her bed and put it to the table, he noticed that she's very hard working. He smiled.

"Silly girl, you forgot to arranged again your things,..."

After he arranged her files, he looked at Angela's beautiful face and take her messy hair innto the back of her ears., he looked at her at a few seconds, and wanted to steal a kiss from her but she suddenly turned around.

The next day...

The same routine as usual, after taking Angela on the office, Jate immediately left, and went to Sky Island hotel it is a luxurious six star hotel in eastblue, it is the one of the most expensive hotel in eastblue.

The top and supreme luxurious 7 star hotel in the country is located at the northblue, and it's owned by non other than the Jate Woods. Yes Jate's owned it he was the one who build this with his own money, when he was kicked out of the family, his grand father was the one who manage it, he gave it to his grand father because he is the most trusted in the family.

Why Jate didn't go to his hotel, was because they freezed all of his assets. The one who freezed it is his grand father,. But later on he realized that his grand son is innocent.

Jate finally arrive at the Sky Island Hotel, when he was going to enter the guards stopped him, they looked at him from the top to the bottom. "Your not allowed to enter here..."

As the guard says, Jate frowned. "Why"? He asked.

"This place are for only who can afford to enter, looking at you you seems so ordinary." The head chief replied.

"I can't afford oh really?" He can't blame them coz he understand that he is doing his job to protect the reputation of the hotel.

Then theres a beautiful woman wearing an formal attire, she is the front office manager of this hotel.

"What's going on here? She said, and the guard immediately bowed and greeted her. "Ma'am this guy here insisting to enter the hotel."

"Are you the manager here? I want to book the most expensive hall venue here," he said the guards widened their eyes, and the manager frowned.

"Are you bluffing? The most expensive here is costs around hundreds of thousands,." I'm afraid you can't even afford that, even if you work for the rest of your life." She replied.

"Do you know the rules here? If you are not an identified costumer's member here you can't booked the most expensive here that you want."

This hotel has a  four membership card benefits. Gold, platinum, diamond, and non other than the supreme card.

Platinum is the best seller card, most of the most wealthy family here in eastblue have it, and gold is the regular most average wealthy people afford it. Only few people can afford the diamond membership card, while no one has availed the supreme card because its to expensive its costs around eight hundred thousand dollars.

This lady didn't allow Jate to enter the hotel, he even signals the guards to beat him. 

Then a middle age man entered  the hotel, all of the employees bowed and greet him. "Good evening boss."

Then he spoke up. "What's the commotion here why are you threatening this guest? He said with deep low voice."

"Boss this guy insisting to book our most expensive venue here" The manager said.

"Ohoh"! .. He looked at him up and down, "brat do you know what is this place is? Its not a playground to play here what ever you want.,"

Jate frowned. "Are you the owner of this place?"

"Yes, yes it's me why?" He replied immediately.

"I heard that you are selling this hotel?, I want to buy this hotel, how much is this?" He said seriously.

The whole staff got silent, even the middle age man looked at him seriously.

The middle aged man frowned! "Brat it's not a place that you can bluff all the time, im afraid you couldn't afford my price."

"How much is it?" He said with loud voice.

"Brat Don't shout, it's not you place."

"I don't care just answer me!"

The boss couldn't help it and said. "Okay okay! It's around eight hundred million dollars!

"Is that all? Then I will double your price! Give me your bank account number!"

The middle aged man immediately give his account number. With frowned looks. "Just you wait here I'll take a call!

"If you try fooling me I will beat you until you've dead". Then he signald all of his guard and wait for his commands.

Jate immediately called Celine.

"What is it Mr. Woods?"

"Can you transfer around one point six billion dollars to this account? I'll text you the account number!"

"Ok sir I'll do it right away."

Then Celine immediately transfered the money to that account.

After a while the middle age man recieved a text message alert on his phone, when he read the message, his eyes got widened,.

"Is this true?" He said with his eyes sparkling. He can't believed it the original price was doubled.

"Has all the money has been transfered?" Jate asked the middle aged man.

"Yes yes thank you Mr. Woods I will arrange immediately all the documents and contact my lawyer to transfer it in your name. Thank you thank you very much!" He leave immediately to arrange all the papers.

The manager were so surprised. Her confident legs went jelly, her body were trembling, the guy he mocked a while ago is his new boss now. What will happen to her?

Jate looked at her fiercely and walk forward in front of her and said... "You are fired! I don't need you filthy bitch here! He signals the guard to get her and throw outside. The guards were hesitant.

She immediately apologize and crawled and beg for mercy, but jate didn't want her, he shouted, "Guard what are you doing? Do you want to accompany her?" The guard didn't hesitate and immediately pulled the manager and give some good beating and thrown outside the hotel.

After a while the middle age man called all the employees and staff's in the hotel and give some big announcement,  he introduced Jate to every one that he is now the new owner and their new boss of this six star hotel. Everyone were so surprised and happy for him. "By the way I want you to keep this secret, please don't reveal his true identity. Otherwise this day will be your last day on this life."

"Yes sir." Everyone shouted in unison.
