Chapter 20

Ben and Claudia purposely squeezed in next to Sean, forcefully pushing Tony away. They were extremely welcoming as they scooped the food for Sean. "This shrimp is delicious; these sweet and sour ribs too! These are my mom's signature dishes; you have to eat more of these!"

"How does it taste?" Ben asked with anticipation.

The food on Sean's plate had obviously increased, but he did not look frustrated at all. Instead, he answered them seriously after tasting all of the food, "Not bad indeed."

Sean did not answer them half-heartedly because they were little children.

The triplets' eyes twinkled when they heard his answer. They were overjoyed.

'As expected!'

'His taste is exactly the same as ours!'

Molly felt extremely defeated when she looked at her children, who had changed. 'Though he's rich, you don't have to be this warm to him,' Molly thought.

She squinted her charming eyes as she felt that something was off. Mother knows best, so Molly could tell that they had other motives when she saw them putting in so much effort. 'Do they still want to pair me up with Sean?'

The more she thought of it, the more it clicked.

Molly chuckled coldly in her heart. She knew what they were up to, but she did not want to burst their bubble.

After they had their lunch, Molly cut up a few fruits and served them on the teapoy before she cleared the table.

When she was done, Tony suggested, "Dr. May, we know each other quite well now that we've eaten together. Let's forget about the misunderstanding between us before. Can you see if you have the time to run a check-up for my boss? After all, it's never too early for treatment."

"You're more invested in this than the patient himself!" Molly looked at him flatly as she spoke.

However, she did not like to delay things.

Since she had already accepted this task, she would definitely be responsible for it, so she immediately responded, "I'm not keeping quiet about this on purpose, but there isn't sufficient equipment here for now, and I need to have a look at his previous medical reports. Besides, you're both clear that it's hard to treat an old condition. If it's convenient for you, I'll head over to your place."

"We completely understand." Tony was elated to hear this, so he nodded with a smile on his face. "Of course, of course, it's convenient for us."

Tony then pushed Sean out of Molly's place and toward their own house.

Molly followed behind, but her children obviously wanted to tag along.

She did not stop them from doing so as well.

They walked to Sean's place in a line. When they entered his home, they realized that the decoration was exactly the same as theirs!

But the decoration in Sean's place was more complete, and he had pieces of expensive calligraphy hung on the walls.

Molly also caught sight of a calligraphy art that was auctioned three years ago in Lishal. She distinctively remembered that the art was sold for eighty million dollars!

'It was sold to a private buyer. Turns out, that person is Sean!' Molly thought.

"Please take a seat." Sean invited them to sit.

Molly sat on the couch, and the triplets kept still as they sat next to her, behaving extremely well.

"Tony, go get the documents," Sean ordered Tony to fetch him his medical reports.

Tony nodded as a response and gave Molly the reports in a short amount of time. "Dr. May, these are my boss' past reports. Please have a look."

Molly took it and pulled out film by film as she inspected them carefully.

Her seriousness was suffocating to Tony. After all, this was his boss' only hope!

Even Sean could not help but clench his fists.

Molly roughly understood Sean's condition and placed the report down before she looked up to meet his eyes with a flat expression. "Please lie down."
