Chapter 48 Alone & Ignorant

Getting inside her apartment, Scar locked the door and leaned against it. Thoughtlessly, her eyes went to the bracelet, Rafaelle has given her.

The way he was behaving and his looks at her, was a little different than usual. Scarlett felt strange vibes from him as if he wanted more than friendship.

'Well, that might be my thoughts. What if I am wrong about him?' She thought. 'On the one hand, he is a friend to me and on the other hand, it feels to stay away from him.'
