Lyra (Mia’s)POV

I hadn't expected to get accepted so easily, but I never imagined it would happen this quickly.

“At least let me show you my designs. Let me prove that I'm not messing around.”

“I'm not going to look at anything from you. I'm sure they’ll be trash. You have a lot of guts asking to work at my company. I only hire the best of the best, and you’re not one of them.”

Why was everyone writing me off?

If he gave me a chance, I would blow his mind just like I did with Xander.

“Come on, Luna Mia. Let's get you back to your room.”

I couldn't let this opportunity slip through my hands. It was the only chance I had to convince him, and I wasn't going to give up.

“You don’t have to pay me. I just want to work for you.”

“Why?”
