She heard his footsteps behind her, he was following her to the kitchen. “Can you cook, or would you like me to make you something”, she heard him say from behind her. She stopped and turned to him, “You can cook?”, she looked at him with this surprised look on her face. “Yes, I’m a pretty good cook actually”, he answered. His reply seemed a bit cocky, Reyna just giggled and continued walking to the kitchen.
