Chapter 11. Eye For An Eye

      I rush to her side. She is breathing, but I don't know what's wrong with her. Dad has her head in his lap as she starts to move. "Are you ok, baby?" dad is asking her. She blinks up at him like she is in shock. "Mom, are you ok?" she looks over at me as I ask. As soon as she looks at me, her eyes start to water as she tries to say yes, she is ok, but it is not convincing. Eventually, dad helps her up off the floor and into a chair. "I am ok," she says as everyone steps back to give them space. Dad looks at all of us "you can all leave now. We will talk about it more later after she is feeling better." So I give her a kiss on the cheek and head for the door. I head to the kitchen to get a drink. I smell Luca and Levi before I ever enter. They are both standing near the fridge with a mean look on their face. They both have their arms crossed over their chest. I genuinely notice for the first time the minor differences between them even though they are twins. Levi
