Chapter 17. Gone
Luca
He truly pissed me off. If time is stopped and I am stopped with it, how am I suppose to do anything about it? I did not even know anything was happening. I thought this to myself as I headed out of the kitchen after talking to dad for a few minutes. As I am going to head upstairs, I see Levi storming out the front door. What the hell is his problem now? I look up the stairs and wonder, should I go up to Raine and see what happened or confront Levi? I decide that Levi pissed me off, so it's him. I head out the door and see him shifting and taking off. My wolf could use a run too, so I head to the edge of the forest and strip my clothes. I shift and shake out my fur. My wolf is happy to hunt him. He has a good head start, but it is not hard to follow his trail. His scent is getting stronger, so I know he has stopped. I slow so that I can try to take him by surprise. The scene that is in front of me shocks me.

I hear my mom say how as Luca sits me down on a chair but keeps his hands on my shoulders, trying to help as much as he can. Then, finally, he speaks through the mind-link to me. My heart hurts, but I know that Luca is right. I make my way to his room and knock on the door lightly. I get no answer. Maybe he doesn't want to see me.
