Chapter 01

A girl was leaning her head against the back seat of the car with her eyes closed. A frown had appeared on her forehead. Her face was having a frustrated expression.

The car was running smoothly on the city roads. The car came to a halt after some time in front of a huge building which made the girl open her eyes sitting on the back seat.

The name "CROSSWORD UNIVERSITY was shining at the top of the building. The girl sighed deeply and went down from the car while hanging her backpack around one shoulder.

She takes out her luggage bag as well out of the car and paid a fair amount to the taxi driver she used to hire for reaching this place.

                 Savannah POV:

I had finished my high schooling recently, and now it was time for pursuing my graduation.

I got admission to one of the prestigious university by god grace. Furthermore, I had spent my eighteen years of life in a town, but now I was in a city. A completely different place and lifestyle.

It's not like that I was super-rich or something like that. It's just my good grades in high school. Because of my Good grades, I got a scholarship and selected at Cross high University.

It's like a dream come true for me. Now I can study hard maybe I also followed my passion of singing here far away from my home without any restriction.

I have spent my 18 years of life following the orders and regulations of my elders. If they say it's a day then I have to consider it as a day. In short, I was not less than a puppet for them.

Just because of these restrictions, I was completely become different from what I thought. I was quite introverted and developed a shy kind of personality. My whole day was spent either in books or listening to some music. One can say I was a nerd.

I took a deep breath and calm my nerves. The nausea was building in my body by looking at the college campus in front of my eyes 

"Calm down, Savi You can do this, and you have to do this ", I prepared and encouraged myself.

I dragged my trolley bag with me which was having my luggage inside it. I was confused looking where to go. As I was passing I saw several students present there. Some were studying, Some were busying in their hobbies and some were chit-chatting. My ears were almost turned red when I looked at some girls clinging to the boys and doing PDA unnecessarily.

Common! This was a college, not a place where they can make out. As I was passing through the corridors I looked at some students glancing at me strangely. I was feeling a bit anxious now.

I was frustrated when I didn't find the way to the dean office.

"I have to ask from someone otherwise I would keep wandering in this college for the whole day ", My mind said.

I saw two boys standing at a near distance. I approached them as they were the only ones present near me. Likewise, I coughed intentionally to gain their attention. Both the boys turned their eyes towards me.

" Mm mm Can You Please tell me Where is Dean's office ?", I said nervously.

Instead of answering me, their eyes moved on my body. From toe to my head. I was feeling disgusted just from their gaze. They whistled in a flirtatiously manner.

" Oh God, Savi. Why you ask these jerks for help? ", My subconsciousness mocked at me.

" Excuse me ", I said again.

This time one of the boys said ", are you a fresher ?".

I nodded my head meekly in the response.

" Can you please tell me ?", I said looking at both the boys expecting to help me.

"We are glad that you asked us for help. Follow me. I will lead you to the dean's office ", one of the boy said with a wink.

" No, No, You don't have to come. Just tell me the way I will go myself ", I refused politely.

Both the boys exchanged the glances with each other.

" Okay. Go to the second floor. Then take left and then move to the right. Room No.302 ", he said.

" Thanks", I said with a small smile.

"No need to say thanks, Sweetheart. Just come to us whenever you need some help ", one boy said with a wink.

AHH! 

What dirty creatures these boys were!

I just took my bag and moved from there.

At last, I found the way to the dean's office.

 I took the stairs for reaching to the second floor.

Damn! 

Never in my life, I stepped so many stairs at a time. I reminded the words of the boy ", take a left and move to the right. Room No .302 ",

Yes!

I took a left turn and then move to the Right.

Now, Room No.302.

Where it is?

Room no. 302...

Room no. 302.

Here it is!

Finally, I found it...

" Good Job, Savi ", I patted myself Mentally. 

Only a few students were present there in the corridor.

I looked around no.302 to find a nameplate mentioning Dean's office. But It wasn't there.

Strange!

The door was just closed a bit loosely. I knocked. No response came. I peeked inside finally.

My mind almost popped out when I looked inside. The things were stored in a heap into the room. Files were kept in several thousand was not Dean's office.

It was a STORE ROOM!

AHH! Those jerks tricked me.

They sent me to the storeroom instead of Dean's office.

I stomped my feet on the ground in anger.

" Those jerks tricked me ", I said to myself angrily.

" It's nothing new. A nerd like you deserves this ", My inner voice roared.

It's right Somehow.

What to expect from A Nerd Like me?

I was turning back out of the room when I heard some noises coming in the room. I opened my ears a bit more to hear the sounds properly.
