Raven’s POV:

I was just leaving Eve's studio, feeling a mix of excitement and guilt. This woman is amazing, and I couldn't resist making her happy by pretending to buy the shop for her. The way she looked at me made my heart melt.

As I walk towards my car, my phone rings, and I see that it's my brother, Carl. I immediately pick up.

"Hello, is everything okay?" I ask.

"Do you think it's okay?" he growls into the receiver, and I freeze in place, sensing that something is wrong.
