Chapter 4

Author: Chihuahua
David suddenly stammered, "I... what..." he said. He seemed unable to accept the reality that I was truly stabbed and our baby had died.

David glanced at me coldly, "I believe her! She would never lie to me. You're spreading rumors about her, and I only learned the truth by questioning her," he said.I stared at him, unable to tolerate him for another second, "David, honestly, let's get divorced," I said."Just looking at you makes me sick. I was truly blind before," I continued.I should have brought this up earlier, but he'd been in jail, making it impossible to contact him.David paused, about to speak, when his phone suddenly rang. After a brief conversation, his face changed, "What? Someone filed an official report against me? Who?" he said."Fine, I'm coming right now," he continued.I smiled slightly.I knew David had just been released. So I deliberately filed an official report with his rescue team today. Before he could hurriedly leave, I called out, "David, didn't I tell you I'd make you pay?" I said.David frowned but still turned to leave. In the afternoon, I received a call from the property ma

She dropped to her knees with a thud, her eyes turning red, crying pitifully, "Why are you still trying to destroy me? I've stayed far away from you," she said. Her voice trembled."When you first told me to stay away, I immediately paid the deposit to move. When you said you were jealous of David's treatment of me, I immediately distanced myself from him and even generously let him go. Why are you still spreading rumors about me? Are you trying to drive me to death?" she continued.Ashley's outburst drew a crowd in the hallway.Onlookers, confused by the situation, immediately began pointing and whispering."How pitiful. No wonder she's in the hospital. Even God can't stand her," a third added.Ashley lowered her head, a slight smirk at the corner of her mouth. When she looked up again, she w

"I can't stand Rachel. This time, she hired extras to act out a melodramatic jealousy scene. What's next? Will she actually kill someone or start a fire?" David said. He paused, looking at the surrounding crowd."She's so emotionally unstable. Remember to avoid her after our divorce," he continued. His voice was loud and deliberate."I'll make sure to divorce her within three months. Then I'll marry my love, Ashley! We'll share our happiness online and offline!" he announced. The crowd erupted in cheers, "Yes!
