DAMON POV Lucy was still mid-vision when she collapsed on the ground, completely exhausted from what she had just endured. "Lucy? You awake?" I shook her lightly. She slowly opened her eyes. She flung her arms around me and held on like I was a life raft. After about a minute, her breathing slowed, and she pulled away, wiping her tears. LUCY I woke up with shooting pain down my spine and leg. When I tried to shift, it felt like I was paralyzed. There was this crushing weight on the left side of my body.
