"He is nothing but a possessive and obsessive admirer," Katherine announced and Gavin's face turned pale as he bit his bottom lip worriedly.

"What? Who is he and why is he giving you so much…"

"You don't have to worry about that, Gavin. I am a cop who has handled a lot of tough goons, he's not an exception." She maintained with a fake smile on her lips.

Just by noticing the contempt in Katherine's voice as she talked about the person, Jason knew who it was but since they didn't want Gavin to know about it, he decided to pretend to be clueless and instead, lighten the tense mood.

"Come on guys! The club is popping and we are here dulling. Let's just go in already." He suggested and Gavin loved the idea.

Katherine would have definitely loved it if her mind was there but it was only after Gavin carried her from the ground in the bridal style that she realized they had to enter the club after all.
