Unexpected Guests

Katherine remained quiet all through the ride and in the end, Jason's plan worked. He bought a foundation tube which he used to cover up Kat's hickeys before driving her home.

To her surprise, they met a black G-wagon packed in front of their duplex bungalow.

"Who owns this car? I know for sure this isn't Gavin's." She asked Jason who was just coming out from the car pack.

"I didn't know I was supposed to keep track of every car that is in this pack but don't worry, I will make sure that once you're fired, I will resign from my work and become a traffic Wardner and keep records of all cars…"

"Just shut up!" Katherine scolded before finally dashing into the main building to see who had come to visit.

Just as she was about to open the door, the door flung open and her mum stood hands akimbo staring at her with wide emerald green eyes and creased brows.

"What's going on mom?" She asked, knowing her mom won't stand like that if something hasn't gone wrong.

"You have a guest. Seems he
