He is a billionaire. She is a billionaire. He owns the largest company in Las Vegas. She owns the second-largest aiming to defeat him. The media are aware of their feud/rivalry. They entered into a variety show for a "100 days marriage contract" to lean about each others weaknesses. And that's where it all started " I don't understand this new feeling" He said, drunkily. "Neither do I" She replied, pulling his tie closer so that they are just inches apart. Their lips locked for the first time

LEO’S POV
“It was nice doing business with you, Mr. Leonardo, but I must say I cannot just invest in your company for some reasons. I will have to think about it,” Mr. Max Zenin, the largest shareholder of Whites Company, said.
“Okay, you have all the time to think about it. I guarantee you it’s worth it,” I replied, crossing my legs. I was dressed in a black Tom Ford suit with Tom Ford Elian shoes, projecting the image of confidence and success.
Now you might be wondering who I am, Leonardo Lugard is my name. The owner of L&L Building—the most well-known and biggest mall in Las Vegas— and I am here to get Max Zenin to invest in my company. My physical description? - A tall, fair, dark-haired appearance, coupled with piercing eyes that seemed to hold a world of secrets, gave me an air of mystery and intrigue that drew others to me like moths to a flame. But to my dismay, Mr. Max seemed to have trust issues.
“Now, if you will excuse me, I have another meeting to attend,” I said, getting up as my bodyguards followed suit behind me. As I turned to leave, I bumped into someone, and to my greatest surprise, it was none other than her, Rachel Snow.
My greatest ENEMY.
“Oh, look who we have here,” Rachel said in the most sarcastic, happy tone ever. She was dressed in a black Saint Laurent long-sleeve dress with black Gianvito Rossi shoes to complete the outfit. I actually know a thing or two about fashion and styles. Despite her affluent background and bossy demeanor, her cool exterior looks like a facade to me. She was also the owner of Snow Mall, the *second-largest* mall in Las Vegas aiming to defeat me. *scoffs* she can’t.
“From the looks on your face, it seems like your plan did not go well. Now, if you will excuse me,” she said with an evil smirk, pushing me slightly and walking past to sit directly across from Mr. Max Zenin with her bodyguards and secretary standing above her. My bodyguards wanted to react, but I signaled them to stop with my hand.
“Good morning, Mr. Max, it is nice to meet you,” Rachel said, extending her hand for a shake, and the business conversation began.
I rolled my eyes and walked out of the restaurant with my bodyguards behind me. Angry or not, I masked it with an expressionless face.
“The boss is here!” a worker shouted after seeing my car at the entrance of L&L Building. I don’t know if they know or oblivious of the fact that I can actually hear them.
The whole company became chaotic as the workers ran helter-skelter so I wouldn’t catch them off guard.
“Good morning, Sir,” Miss Red, my secretary, known for stylishly dressing in red, greeted me in a professional tone. The whole staff lined up as I picked up a call.
“Miss Red, I would like to see the business plans in my office in the next two minutes and those who came up with the idea,” I said, turning to walk away.
“Oh, well, sorry, Boss, but I—I—I think it will take more than that,” she stammered.
“And what do you mean by that?” I asked, turning to look at her with my icy eyes. She shivered in fear.
“There was a mistake, and it is being fixed now,” Miss Red answered as politely and calmly as possible.
“Who printed it in the first place?” I asked, looking at the workers. The place was silent until an employee slowly raised her hand from the midst of the workers. She had heard a lot about me, but my presence was intimidating.
“I did,” she answered.
I walked towards her and scanned her from head to toe. “You are fired!”
"Wait... what?!” she exclaimed, taking a while to process my words.
"No... please wait," she called out as I made my way to the door. The other workers were too scared to move. "It is indeed my fault for making a mistake while printing the business plan. Please give me one more chance," she pleaded, with tears threatening to run down her cheeks. She was silently wishing everything that had just happened was a dream. I took a few steps closer and bent to her eye level.
I am 6'5" tall, while she is just probably 5’11". I scanned her from head to toe. "I am not sure who hired you in the first place, but I think the employee hiring team has some explanations to do. Not worth hiring. That's what your status is to me,” I said with a disgusted look in my eyes. With that, I walked majestically to my office, calling the Director of the Hiring team to come to my office immediately.
“And how was that employee hired in the first place?” I asked the Director.
“I apologize for the mistake. I think we sent in her application in place of someone else.”
“Mistake? Do you realize that an insider from Snow Mall said they have already started the execution process for their new business plan? A simple delay, and they will take over our title as the best mall. One more mistake, and you are the one to be fired. Understood?”
“Yes, Sir,” he nodded, shivering in fear. I dismissed him with just a glance.
“This is a new year, but their war has already begun. I just hope it won’t last as long as last time,” Miss Red murmured as soon as the director stepped out of my office with no idea that I could hear them pretty well.
“Tough times do last longer than I expected,” Robert, the Director of the hiring team replied to her words and I scoffed inwardly.
RACHEL’S POV
“Bug, how much profit are we expected to generate this year compared to last year?” I asked while seated in my office, staring directly at Bug, my secretary. I had expected Mr. Max Zenin to side with me since he had turned down Leo’s proposal, but I hadn’t anticipated that he would turn down mine as well.
Now you might wondering who I am.
I am Rachel Snow, the owner of Snow Mall and in as much as I hate to admire it, the second largest Mall in Las Vegas.
My physical identity?- glowing auburn hair, captivating green eyes and just a bit- a commanding presence.
“Compared to last year’s 10% profit, this year is expected to be 20%. I think that is double the profit,” Bug answered, scanning through the documents in his hands, clearly hoping he wouldn’t miss any details.
“Perfect,” I smirked.
“And do you think L&L will surpass that or go lower?” I asked, raising an eyebrow.
Bug scratched the back of his neck, clearly nervous. He seemed torn between lying and risking my wrath with the truth.
“Just hope they don’t have a perfect plan,” he said finally. That was the best answer he could come up with.
“I don’t like your answer, but I think that’s good enough,” I said, my voice tinged with annoyance. “What’s next on my schedule?”
“You have a meeting with Drew Bross, the producer of the variety show 'Married for 100 Days,'” Bug replied.
“Cancel that. I’m not interested at the moment,” I said dismissively.
“But sources from L&L Building said Mr. Leonard also has an appointment with him immediately after yours,” Bug added hesitantly.
“What?!” I stood up abruptly, causing Bug to step back a little.
“Don’t postpone it. I’m going now. I don’t know what I’ll gain from him, but I’m not letting that DUDE beat me to it,” I said, grabbing my clutch and storming out of the office, with Bug scrambling to keep up.
RACHEL'S POVI got a call from Bug saying the rival company’s CEO wanted to see me.Honestly, I couldn’t care less.Cecilia left about an hour ago, and since then, I’ve been sitting here, staring at nothing, feeling completely drained. The room is quiet, but not in a peaceful way—it’s the kind of quiet that presses on your chest, making it hard to breathe. I’ve been thinking about walking away from all of this, leaving the show behind. The idea keeps circling in my mind, louder than anything Bug said on the phone.I don’t even know why I’m here again. At first, I had a clear purpose—to join this variety show, uncover Leo’s weakness, and crush him in the game. Winning would’ve secured my company a top spot in Las Vegas, solidifying our reputation. But now? That goal feels like a distant memory, shattered into pieces. Everything I planned for seems pointless, and I can’t help but wonder if it was ever worth it in the first place.Nothing has been going right since I got here. If anyth
Michael's POV As I walked around the company, an unsettling quietness hung in the air. It wasn’t the usual hum of activity I was used to. Something was off. Perhaps a visitor had arrived, or maybe I was wrong. My suspicions were confirmed—or rather, shattered—when I entered my office and saw him. My so-called father. “That explains it,” I muttered under my breath, the words laced with a mix of irritation and resignation. The atmosphere was heavy, almost suffocating. My steps slowed as I approached my desk, every nerve in my body on high alert. His presence alone was enough to change the air, filling it with tension and unspoken words. As I moved to sit down, his eyes locked onto mine, following my every motion with an intensity that made my skin crawl. His gaze wasn’t just observing—it was probing, dissecting, searching for cracks in my armor. My jaw tightened, and I fought to keep my face neutral, refusing to let him see how his unexpected arrival unnerved me."Oh, I thought you
Rachel’s POV "Now we have to plan for this stupid wedding," I said out loud, my voice laced with frustration. Cecilia said she is coming to check up on me. I heard the doorbell, and I knew it was her. “Oh, sweetie,” she said while hugging me tightly, her arms wrapping around me like a warm blanket. I could feel the comfort in her embrace, her familiar floral scent filling the air as I let out a shaky breath. Her voice was soft, yet filled with concern, and her touch made my guarded emotions threaten to spill over. “Oh, how are you?” I asked as we went to settle down on the couch. I could sense something off in her energy, but I chose to ignore it for now. “I’m angry with you, but I just chose to come,” she said, her voice steady yet tinged with a hint of hurt. She tried to mask her expression, but the slight crease in her brow and the way her eyes avoided mine gave her away. I sighed, bracing myself for whatever was coming. “What… why?” I asked, even though I knew exactly why sh
LEO’S POV“But why now?” Rachel asked, her voice edged with frustration and confusion. “I mean, it’s been so long since he was arrested. Why is he attacking us now?” She paced back and forth in the sitting room, her steps quick and restless. Her arms were crossed tightly over her chest, and I could see the worry etched into her face. I watched her for a moment, trying to make sense of it myself. This wasn’t just a random move—it felt calculated, deliberate. But what triggered it now? After all this time? “I don’t know, Rachel,” I finally said, my tone low and serious. “But whatever it is, he clearly hasn’t let go of his grudge.” She stopped pacing and turned to face me, her eyes searching mine for answers I didn’t have."That won’t do him any good. He needed time to prepare, but eight years ago is way too long,” I said, running my hand through my hair as I tried to piece together every possible clue, every potential motive. “Or... what if he wasn’t planning anything at all?” she
VILLAIN'S POVI’ve been watching them for a long time now. Every time I see them together, it burns me inside. The way they laugh, the way they look at each other—it makes me sick. They don’t even know I exist, not when it comes to the two of them. But that’s fine. They don’t need to know, because as long as I’m alive, I’ll make sure they’re never together. I stand on the balcony, staring out into the quiet night with a glass of wine in my hand. The air is cold, biting against my skin, but I don’t care. The street below is almost empty, just a few cars passing by, their headlights cutting through the dark. The moon is high in the sky, its pale light spilling through the window and making everything look lifeless. It matches how I feel—cold and restless. My left hand grip the railing tightly, my knuckles turning white. I should have been done with this by now. Rachel wasn’t supposed to still be a problem. But the idiot I sent to take care of her is sitting in a police cell, and now
RACHEL’S POVI was stunned, frozen in place as Lily’s words echoed in my mind. She knows Someone pushed me? Why is she just telling me now?“What?!” I gasped, my voice sharper than I intended, cutting through the tense silence in the room. Lily’s eyes darted toward the door, her hand quickly gesturing for me to lower my voice. “Tell me,” I demanded, gripping her shoulders, my voice now a trembling whisper. “Who is it?” Her hesitation hung thick in the air. “It’s…” Just as she opened her mouth to reveal the truth, a sudden knock shattered the fragile moment, sending my heart racing. The atmosphere shifted instantly, tension rippling through the room like an electric charge. I felt my grip tighten on Lily’s shoulders as dread crept into my chest. Who was at the door? And did they already know what Lily was about to tell me? "Tell me… who is it?" I insisted, my voice trembling with urgency, completely ignoring the knock. Lily hesitated, her lips parting as if to final
