Chapter 34

     Charles's POV

It's been over  a week since I last saw Helena after that night and I couldn't get over her neither did I have the guts to come see her at the cafe. The challenge Davis threw at me was still a hard thing to do because I had no idea whatsoever of how to do it especially when Helena sees me as a bad being. I was at the kitchen trying to make a burger for myself. I really didn't know how to make it and due to that I made a big mess in the kitchen. I scattered utensils on the floor and was about to pour a cup of flour into the hot oil to make something out if it which I can't name when I heard my name being hollered from the living room. The voice sounds like Helena's but I couldn't be sure for I know she wouldn't have come to my house. I hear footsteps advancing and I stood still, staring at the door until a figure showed up.
