I sauntered into the mall. Being an essential service, those were one of the buildings still open on the roads. I couldn't go without noticing how surreal and tranquil the streets were.
Sometimes it felt like i was the only one walking, when Jade wasn't as far off. I wore the boots that slammed against the ground noisily, yet still managed to give me the main character energy.
"Go and get the detergent" I said to Jade through the mask, who still doubted we had reached a stage in whatever relationship we had that we went shopping together. For detergent and snacks.
And because it hadn't dawned on me that she was practically living in, i wasn't that scared. All Jade did was nod, before diverging into another aisle.

JACQUELINEI strolled across the pavement that led to Wu's. She had called in the morning that she needed help with her writing. MARIA“So tell me?” My lips pressed together in a pout. I laid across a semi bed, you know the retractable ones that somehow got you to sit up and still stretch your legs. WUPressing the enter button on my laptop, i finally looked to the screen.
