Chapter 18: Life Of Glendy

Lie was silent as she watched me, and I was currently sitting on my bed. She couldn't stand it and she spoke.

"Jenn," she said in a low voice.

"Why, Lie?" I replied calmly.

"It's not correct to turn away from God. He gave us a test, but he knows we can handle it. Because he won't give us a test we can't handle," she explained to me.

I don't speak and understand what she says. Lie is right, maybe I was just carried away by the anger of those times.

"Thank you, Lie, for opening my eyes." I couldn't stop myself and hugged her tightly.

"Hoist! You two arevso serious!" said Glendy.

Our three friends also came and sat next to us.

"Is there a problem?" asked Zeth.

"We're just talking about nothing," I replied.

Until we started talking again, and our topic was Glendy's life.

"I only worked as a helper before, and I persevered with that job because it was the only job I knew. And to help my family."
