Chapter 19: Life of Haressa

Until we got back to our respective homes.

"How is the mission?" asked my father, who was currently cooking for our dinner.

"One of our comrades has died," I answered sadly, and slowly sat down on the bamboo chair.

My father's face was sad, when he heard that many of our comrades had died. That's the way it is, even though it hurts, but it has to be accepted. Only Allah will take care of us. My father is old, and he is still sick, so even if he wants to do something, he can't do it.

"How long can we fight the soldiers?" my mother asked sadly.

"As long as our government keeps silent, the flood of blood in our area will definitely not subside," I replied seriously.

In the evening, our colleagues returned to our home, and we gathered to discuss, we are talking about the lands we fought for. Early in the morning, we crossed the mountains again to reach the lands.
