People died, kingdoms end, new generation arises, but he, being immortal continues, and has no choice but to watch the rise and end of every civilization, and to bear a new name in each era.
" Thousand years...I am already waiting for a thousand years, and yet not even a shadow of Cybele had I seen," Rhysher sighed.
I have already met the guardian of the water and fire, and recently the wind...there's still one I am looking for...the earth guardian. He thought to himself.
After my fall, the messenger sent me a recent prophesy that my bride would possess some of my natural powers due to that incident I did before I drifted away, that day in Valhalla, and that would serve as a sign for me that she's the one. Yet, the problem is that later some time we found out there were four of them who were born with such elements of mine. This is getting complicated. If only you have the same face in this lifetime, Cybele. He thinks.
Ofedin was known for being a feisty wolf that was given with powers of the fire element. Rumors said that the wolf's footprints appear burnt on the path it walks upon. Commoners were scared of their pack, and no one has ever attempted to intrude on their land because of Akash, the shaman warrior who was suspected of the fire wolf.
But of course, the element was once his, Rhysher knows how to tame its guardian. Also, good thing that she meet him at a time when she was still exploring her abilities. He had been her mentor.
How would he describe Akash? Well, she fits to be the fire guardian for she was fire herself.
Fiery. Hot. Untamed and Sexy.
There's only one thing he didn't like about her. She's too confident and ill-tempered, perhaps because she grew up being a warrior.
While Rain was the exact opposite of her.
He met her one summer. He was searching for an oracler that time that he traveled out of Scandanavia, and destiny had brought him to the pack of wolves that was guided by a priestess.
Rain, at a glance, was the shy type, with a modest and innocent face. Her black hair and her gentle eyes of her were deceiving, and he didn't expect she's the water guardian.
She is beautiful too, and like water, sometimes she's serene, and sometimes she's dangerous.
Astrid the wind and sky guardian was feisty too. His spy told him that she was a demi-god. She's a daughter of Balthar to a certain goddess and that was kept to be a secret. They were protecting something he doesn't know yet.
There's still one he hasn't met yet, the earth guardian.
But if ever I met all the guardians would my heart be settled then? Rhysher asked himself.
These she-wolves were all close to me as if they connected to me at some point but still, I am uncertain why...maybe because the powers they wield were actually mine? Or maybe because one of them was probably my beloved? I don't know yet until now, as thousands of years unfolded I'm becoming unsure if I would still find you...Cybele...or I am even doubting myself If I will know that it's you. Rhysher thought to himself.
" They said I would be cast down with my divine abilities remaining in me. Yeah, they're right at some point. At least aside from my fangs and claws...there was still the element of lightning and ice left in my grip," Rhysher whispered.
Yeah, ice. Without the other elements present in me, this, elemental ice is somehow a curse to me. Because of this, I was forced to reside in cold snowy mountains with the pack which I had established. The Lycan Blood to me has become my family, and this snowy mountain has become my little kingdom. Yeah, little... compare to what I actually had before in Valhalla. Rhysher thinks.
Meanwhile in the Howling Valley
" Ultima!" one of her lead warrior wolves was rushing unto her. He's looking like he has some bad news to say.
Gaia rose from her throne seat with furrowed brows.
" What is it?" she asked.
" One of our packs has been raided!"
" raided?"
" yeah..."
" who's the intruder?"
" base on the warrior's suit...they were from the Lycan Blood!"
" Lycan blood?" Gaia muttered with gritted teeth, of course, she knows the Lycan Blood.
" Are there casualties?" she asked.
" Yeah... some Omegas and pups," the warrior replied.
Hearing that, Gaia then walked out of the chamber, rushing.
" Uhm...Ultima..where are you going?" the warrior asked
" I'll take care of those fu*** Lycans!" she yelled without even looking back.
The Next few Hours
Gaia was standing on the edge of the cliff, facing the direction that's heading to where the Lycan Blood's land is located.
She was looking fierce, in her combat suit and warrior headdress she's wearing, which symbolizes their kingdom's strength.
She is Gaia. She's the earth guardian.
And now...these Lycans would taste her wrath.
Gaia then began to close her eyes and clasped both hands as if praying. She was concentrating. The wind began to blow on her face as she began to harness the earth energy that she needed for this retaliation she wanted.
" This globe...This sphere...hear me land and soil beneath. Let my wrath be poured unto them, " Gaia whispered.
And in time, it's like the plates under the crust had heard her call. It began to waken, but it was selective, only those parts where the Lycan's kingdom was inhabited.
Gaia flashed a smirk when she confirmed felt that the earth had followed her command.
And from a distance, she saw their land being shaken, horrible voices of despair reached unto her ears.
That equals to the cry of my people whom you killed. Gaia thought to herself.
Meanwhile
Rhysher rose from his bed realizing that the earthquake that was shaking his land isn't just a natural one but motivated by an element. Of course, he knows it. That element was originally his.
" The earth wolf?" he gasped.
The element will not recognize me since it now acknowledges another guardian. He thinks.
Rhsyhere rushed out of his room and waved his palm in certain motions. He is harnessing energy that was under his authority.
Light... he whispered in his thoughts.
He was asking light for a shield, for protection.
And as he exudes out incredible, blazing and unassailable force out of him, great light had covered the entire land of the Lycan Blood.
It was as if two great powerful forces were wrestling at that moment.
Two elemental powers.
Two guardians.
The earth and Light.
But Rhysher felt that the earth is not gonna give up.
And so he pushes through.
With a scream, he waved his hand for a stronger blow, and in a snap, the entire land had turned frozen.
Yeah...freezing even the earth's tectonic plates beneath.
" Hey...earth wolf... I know very well the weakness and strengths of your element, for before you were born with it...that element was originally mine!" Rhysher whispered sending a message through a telepath.
Weakness? Did he just say weakness? Gaia thinks.
I am supposed to be a she-wolf, a guardian of no weakness! She thought to himself.
Whoever the light guardian is, for sure he was connected to those Lycans and he had said something he's not supposed to say. Gaia thinks.
To show that she's unyielding nor threatened, Gaia let out a howl that's reverberating loud and fuming unto the Lycans Kingdom.
Hearing that, Rhysher's eyes crinkled to the side, soon he was flashing a mocking smile.
How brazen? How could a wolf howl at a Lycan...oh a Lycan God? He thinks.
" So, who's the reborn of Cybele among them?" Farkas asked.Rhysher placed first an arrow before replying, " I don't know yet," he said releasing it to the target board.Farkas cheered seeing he'd made a bullseye." Still good huh!" he commented." Of course!"" But not that good in eyeing the goddess huh?" Farkas said.Rhysher lowered his bow and glared at him." Uh...just kidding!" Farkas chuckled." Anyway...are you sure you will identify her? Isn't the prophecy said..."" The prophecy is just a prophecy," he butted in, interrupting what Farkas was supposed to say." Nothing can come between us. Not even Valhalla. Not even destiny!" Rhysher said with all conviction. There was a pause.Farkas stared at his friend. If not for him, he would have settled in Valhalla instead of pretending to be a beta wolf in this human world." Yeah...I am confident in you, but the question is, who among the elemental wolves is a friend, a lover, or an enemy? You know you should see them well,"

Long straight jet black hair is Rain of the Eber Isles. She has a pretty vulnerable face, thick full lips, and green expressive eyes. At the first meeting, she could be easily assumed as the kind of girl who's always needing a hero. " Are ready?" her grandmother asked She looked at Rain for a while and fix the veil on her head. Today, at age sixteen she was chosen as the sacrificial priestess, which means she'll be in charge of the ceremony later after the dinner feast. " You're beautiful," he gran smiled. She was pleased. This time, Eber Isles is celebrating a festival as they used to do every at the very first glimpse of a full moon. The wolves in the isles are mostly fishermen. It is usually difficult for them to sail during the full moon because fishes are naturally hiding during this time. Fishes like to feed in the dark. And when the full moon is out, there is too much light for a specific to come to the top. Thus, they celebrate this feast as a way of gratitude to the moo
A FlashbackOfedin is a village in a valley that was surrounded by basalt rocks. The rock itself served as their protection, their walls against intruders. At first, they were just fine with it until people outside developed some advanced tools to penetrate the natural walls of their kingdom. The time comes when even their oldies are a force to battle for their invaders were many, and they were just ordinary unarmed groups of werewolves." If this will continue then our pack must be brave to face our extinction," the pack leader told the wolves of Ofedin.Everyone fell into silence. They couldn't say a word.In these times when one kingdom gains power through invasion and raids, robbing wealth, and any resources of every kingdom, living was more of survival. And the people of Ofedin know they're at a great disadvantage.Though they know how to wield swords, they don't have sufficient weapons to do so, plus their kingdom is in starvation this time. It's winter, and hunting is difficul
A FlashbackHooves hit the ground. Her eyes were watery because of the wind that was crushing on her face. The horse was running as if it is certain where it should go. She holds the reins tighter as she goes fast-paced towards the woods deep. She ready her knife in anticipation that she might be caught off." Yaaahhh!!!" Astrid uttered one more loud cry. She was fourteen. And she's not aware of the dangers outside her mother's territory. She should have listened to the oldies' advice not to go to the tavern. Now, she's being chased by some bad guys, and she's heading toward an unknown forest. It started when her scent attracted the attention of some men who were also tavern guests. And so, she's sure these men chasing her are vampires as they were the only ones in this world who could smell their wolf scent." Sh***!" she cussed. It was too late for her to notice that she's gonna bump into the tree trunk. The next thing she knows is she was rolling down the steeped hill and when sh
"Have you gotten my message? " yelled a voice from behind him.A woman emerged from the shadows and glided beautifully towards Odin in a regal and unhurried manner. Odin jerked, then turned. As was appropriate for an exalted figurehead, Cybele barged in there in his sanctuary in all her glory, dressed to the nines. She wore a simple garment of pleated linen that was gracefully draped around her body and bejeweled with strings of pearls. The dress was fastened to her shoulders with gold clasps, and as she moved her arms, the numerous rings and bangles she was wearing made a lovely clinking sound. The setting star hung directly behind her, its golden light cutting a seductive figure through the transparent fabric of her dress, emphasizing her small waist and exuberant breasts and leaving very little to the imagination are the hips. He had no idea how she managed it. The goddess was perfect even in the midst of a war." What's that get up? You know the gates are in trouble!" Odin comment
