ANGEL'S POV

I hurried out of my room as I was on my way to the casino. I had no plans of going there, but I got a call from Joe saying they got one of the men who had been hovering around the casino for some time now. What I hadn't expected was to come face to face with Adele, her hands folded as if ready to punch on my face. I blinked in confusion as I stood in confusion as I waited to see what she was trying to do but she wouldn't proceed, instead she dropped her arm awkwardly and looked at me with a cold stare before turning around, walking towards her room and slamming the door behind her, I couldn't help but chuckle out at that moment.

I walked further out of the house, but came in contact with Rosalyn, she had a smile on her face like she always does. I raised my brows in anticipation for her words, then I could tell her off I wasn't gonna eat dinner tonight.

    ADELE'S POV I walked into the Dragovich's home with a bit of renewed hope. I knew Carmilia couldn't do anything about my situation but talking with her always made me feel much better. It always had been that way, the Dragovich's family couldn't sit together without a war, we never were compatible and I already was used to that, but this, it certainly was different.
