ADELE'S POV

It was already quite late in the evening, I had spent most of my day out with Angel. I couldn't bring myself to ask if he had nothing else to do considering he was always busy, it was quite unusual he would stay off work for as long as he did. I weirdly found it interesting how he had paid much attention to me all through the day. As much as I had protested, I couldn't resist it. Except for the fact he was a fucking crazy driver, I had almost lost my life during our ride to the mall, not due to an accident but a heart attack. I swore never to drive with him, but I found myself seated beside him, and certainly not that he coerced me, but on my own free will.
