Chapter 2: Jealous friend

As Patrick went inside to get them some drinks, he first went to his bedroom to wear a singlet top and cover up his bare chest, as he assumed that was why Tina didn't want to stare at him or speak to him.

Patrick wore his singlet top first, and he stepped out of his bedroom and went to his kitchen fridge to get them some drinks.

Later, Patrick came back to his parlor to serve them the drinks, he noticed that Tina was no longer there, and only Prisca sat on his couch, stretching her long, slender legs seductively as she stared at him.

Patrick frowned as he approached Prisca, who was staring at him. She smiled and dropped her legs down from the couch. She stood up and walked up to him to collect the two cans of drink from his hands.

Patrick then asked Prisca, "Where's your friend Tina? Has she gone home?"

"No... I don't think so. Tina went outside to wait for me, as she wasn't comfortable sitting in here with me," Prisca replied as she collected the two cold cans of drink from Patrick's hands. She said, "Patrick, I have told you to forget about my friend Tina... Tina doesn't like associating with guys, and yet you're still eyeing her over me... I have told you how much I love you, and yet you're still picking on Tina over me. What does she have that I do not also have? Check me out now, I'm cute."

Prisca swirled around for Patrick to properly examine her bodily shape and beauty, as she was a brown-skinned lady. Patrick sighed and replied, "Look, Prisca, I do not love you, and that's the truth. It is Tina that I love, and I have always been looking for a way to meet with her... Remember that I also requested of you to try to bring Tina here, as I do appreciate our friendship, and I know that you've also been dating some of my friends behind my back, but I kept mute about it, because I just want to meet Tina. Please try to understand me."

Prisca frowned and said, "Tina won't accept you, Patrick, and that's not why I asked her to follow me here. I truly love you, please..."

Prisca attempted to persuade Patrick again and tried to touch him by his hand to forget about Tina, but he refused and said, "Fine. I will think about it later, but not now. Let me first know what Tina is doing outside, before she will get lost, or stroll off to the street, as she won't know her way going back home to your village."

Prisca sighed, and moved away for Patrick to pass, as she walked back to sit on the couch, still holding the two cans of drink she had collected from him.

Prisca popped open one of the two cans of drink and drank from it, while waiting for Sharon to arrive, as they had something important to discuss.

Just as Patrick approached his parlor exit door to pull it open and step out, Sharon arrived from her various outings with her two best friends, and she smiled sweetly at Patrick as she stepped into the living room with her two friends.

Before Sharon could greet Patrick, he dashed out from the house and went out searching for Tina, leaving Sharon and her two best friends speechless.

Patrick saw Tina standing beside his house exit gate, speaking to his security gate guard.

Patrick calmly walked up to meet Tina, where she stood beside the gate, and he approached her, asking, "Why are you standing out here all alone?"

Tina stared back at Patrick but ignored responding to him, as she crossed her arms around her chest and didn't even say a word. She stared away from him, towards the exit gate that was slightly opened after Sharon and her two besties had arrived.

Tina's attitude clearly irritated Patrick, but he calmed down and walked closer to meet her, touching her folded arms around her chest, startling her, who stared at him in shock and glared at him for touching her arms.

Tina released her folded arms, and she stared at the gate that was slightly opened, wanting to run out, but Patrick quickly caught her arms and pulled her back to his masculine body, as he saw her stare at the gate, knowing her intention was to run out.

"Let go of me!" Tina screamed, clearly irritated with the way Patrick was touching her hands, as he pulled her closer to his masculine body, sending shivers down her spine, because she had never been with a man before.

Patrick saw that Tina was indeed beautiful, but she was also stubborn, as she struggled to get released from his tight grip.

Tina screamed, "Prisca!!", but Prisca was still inside the house and couldn't hear her.

Patrick's gate guard didn't interfere as he saw them, and he went back into his gate house, shortly after locking up the gate.

Patrick was still holding Tina's arms as he inhaled her sweet blossom scent. He felt the urge to kiss her natural pink lips, but he didn't kiss her or release her yet.

Tina calmed as she felt her heart beating erratically in her chest from the way Patrick held her by her arms, with her body touching his chest, as he was still in his yellow singlet top and blue shorts, while Tina was wearing a short brown gown.

Patrick said to Tina, "I know that you're not happy about visiting here with your friend, but that's no reason to behave rudely and not respect your elders, just because I admire you."

Tina gulped as Patrick spoke to her left ear, and his hot breath fanned the crook of her neck, giving her more goosebumps. She said, "Let me go."

Patrick lost all sanity, inhaling Tina's sweet blossom scent, and he felt the urge to truly kiss her, but he controlled his arousal, as he could feel his bulge forming in his shorts. He replied to her, "Fine, I will let you go, but that's if you calm down at least and give me a little audience. Why act so immature? Aren't you a big girl? Or is this how you truly behave? Honestly, I really do like you, and I want us to be friends..."

"Friends?" Tina asked, as she stared up at Patrick's face, meeting his dark, handsome gaze on her. She saw that Patrick was truly handsome, and she gulped, staring away shyly. She replied, "Well, I'm sorry, but I cannot be your friend... Besides, aren't you and Prisca friends? Just leave me alone and let go of me."

Tina got angrier, cursing as to why she followed Prisca to his house in the first place, knowing the type of friend Prisca was. Patrick then released her arms and apologized to her, "I'm sorry."

"Sorry for what?" Tina asked, as she stared at Patrick's face again, but he smiled as he moved away from her and said, "Fine, but why not wait inside for Prisca to be through, since Sharon has arrived, and the sun is too hot now for you to be standing out here alone."

Patrick turned and walked back into his house, and Tina thought about his response to her. She then followed him into the house from behind, as she stared at his tall, masculine physique.

Just then, the sun went down, and the clouds began to change and gather, like heavy rainfall was about to drop. The heavy wind blew cold breezes around, and Tina got worried about the sudden change in weather. Tina then said to Prisca as she stepped into the parlor, "Prisca, let us start going home."

Prisca ignored responding to Tina, as she was clearly jealous seeing Patrick go after Tina, and she refused to give Tina any response, as Patrick had already gone back into the kitchen, while Sharon and her two besties sat discussing.

Tina got angry, as she knew her mother would soon be home, and her two brothers might be searching for her too, so she yelled at Prisca, "What's wrong with you, Prisca?! Come, let us go home now!"

Prisca sighed and stood up from the couch, before replying to Tina, "I'm not yet going home."

"Why?" Tina asked in surprise, but Prisca didn't reply to her as she adjusted her black gown. Tina said, "Okay, if you're not yet going home, at least you can help me with transport fare, or you tell me the directions for me to start going back to my house."

Prisca hissed and walked away from Tina, not responding, as she walked up to the corridor to use the restroom, but Tina quickly pulled Prisca back by her arm, asking, "What's wrong with you, Prisca? You brought me here, and now, you aren't saying anything as to how we should be going back home?"

Prisca yelled at her, "Just stop it, Tina! Stop it already! Yes, I brought you here with me as a friend, and not for you to come here and act up, or try to break my friendship with Sharon and her brother... And please, if you want to go, then go. And don't talk to me again."

Tina's jaw dropped as Prisca rather pushed her aside and walked away to use the restroom, while Tina stood speechless beside the corridor.
