Violet’s P.O.V.I was studying for an upcoming test when my bedroom door was thrown open.The gust of air that entered carried a scent that swirled around my head and smoothed over the jagged fragments of my heart. It was rich and woodsy, spicy with a masculine undertone that had my mouth watering.I’d finally stopped crying hours ago and just a whiff of Hael’s scent had my eyes watering all over again.“Get out.” I said flatly, not bothering to look up from my textbook.
