“I sent you here to make sure that Rose is safe and to help her grow a good relationship with Vladimir. But what have you been doing here, Mia?” Stephanie questioned her younger daughter who thinned her lips and played with her fingers in nervousness.

“The girl is thinking about leaving him! Is this what you did after coming here? You should have brought them together.”
