MasukAndres's Pov.
I didn't want to be angry, nor did I want to seem hurt, but the moment she said those words, I couldn't help but wonder.
“Is she going to Gary's office? My brother's office? Why?”
And why is it even bothering me?
I am more concerned about the fact that he wasn't the one who issued her employment, which makes me even more suspicious of her.
I walked away, leaving her alone. It's not like I can say.
‘Don't go.’
I could, but that would only put her in trouble, and also me at Gary's fingertips.
And as annoying as he is, I hate fighting with him.
He is my brother after all.
I had planned to spend the day in my office when Jefferson came and told me that someone was here to see me. I asked him who, and he said it was the CEO of Wellington Corps, and I frowned, realizing who it was immediately.
Daniel Wellington, Stella's father.
“Send him away,” I mumbled, and he rubbed the back of his neck.
“You know I can't, boss,” he mumbled, and I looked up at him with a glare.
“Allow him in then,” I said between clenched teeth, and he nodded, going out, only for the man to walk in next, all smiles.
He is an average man of about 50, with a plump figure and a pot belly. He looked exactly like one of those dirty politicians in movies, and that disgusted me.
“Andres, my boy! Such a pleasure for you to have me here,” he said with an ear-to-ear grin, and I held the urge to roll my eyes.
“Likewise,” I muttered, and prayed that he wouldn't ask me to repeat that, else I would have to lie again.
“You sure have grown up. The last time I saw you, you weren't as handsome as this.”
“The last time you saw me was at the founder's party last year, it isn't even up to 3 months,” I mumbled again. Everything about this man gets me angry.
“That's the point, it seems as if you're becoming more handsome everyday”
Now that sounds like he was gay.
“How may I be of service, sir?” I asked, trying so hard to be ‘polite’.
“Well, can't I visit my son-in-law without having anything in mind?” He asked with that same grin that keeps pissing me off.
I know he only agreed for me to marry his only child because he has an ulterior motive, and until I know what it is, I have to pry carefully.
He and Stella are the same.
“Calling me in-law when I haven't even engaged your daughter seems forced, doesn't it?” I asked, and the smile fell off his face immediately as he arranged himself on the chair.
“Well, that is one of the reasons I'm here.”
I knew it, he wouldn't come here just for the fun of it.
“My daughter told me how you humiliated her at the party yesterday.” He looked serious, of course, Stella had to run up and cry on him.
Classic her.
“She was acting like a pick me, which isn't very ladylike,” I told him, and he frowned.
“I beg your pardon?”
“Last time I checked, the man is the one who is supposed to come up with the idea of marriage to a woman. I've never seen such a woman start imposing it forcefully on the man, isn't that being a pick me?” I asked him, and his eyes went bloodshot.
“Did you just insinuate that my beloved daughter is forcing herself on you?” He asked, and I shrugged, spinning my swivel chair.
“I didn't say that, but if the shoe fits.”
“Utterly outrageous,” He yelled, hitting his arm violently on my desk, but I remained unmoving.
“If you keep up with this violent attitude, sir, I might be forced to ask you to leave,” I told him with a serious face, and he sat down quietly, staring at me.
“You need us, you know that, right?” He asked, and I nodded.
“Well, of course, yes, I do know that, but I also know that if you bring yourself and your company so low, then it might not be worth all the fuss.” I knew I was getting to him, and he was giving me the exact reaction I wanted.
Utmost anger.
Soon, he chuckled, relaxing on his own chair.
“You are indeed a smart man, unlike your father.”
“Bringing my father into this would be making a wrong mistake, sir,” I told him seriously, and he raised his hands in protest.
“Fine, fine, let's focus on you. What do you want? I'd give you anything to accept my daughter,” he said, and I laughed out loud.
“And isn't this pathetic? Aren't I the one who should be on my knees begging you?” I asked, and he frowned.
“I'm not on my knees,” he mumbled.
“You're on your virtual knees; there is no difference,” I told him with a smirk, and he sighed.
“You do know that I have something to gain, right? That is why you are making this very hard for me,” he said, and I shrugged.
“Maybe not, who knows?”
“Your company is on the verge of ruin, and you still have the guts to act with so much…”
“I think that would be all for today, Mr Daniel, you've outdone your time frame,” I told him politely, and he blinked.
“Are you chasing me out? Me?”
“That depends on whether you leave now while I'm still smiling,” I said, a smile on my lips, and he glared at me.
“This isn't the last you've heard from me!” He snapped, walking out angrily.
Jefferson walked in almost immediately, and I looked up at him.
“What?”
“He looked angry,” he mumbled, and I raised a brow.
“And?”
“You know how Mr Lucas would be if he told…”
“And whose problem is that? Mine or yours?” I snapped the question at him.
“Yours, sorry, sir,” he bowed quietly, and I waved an arm, dismissing him immediately.
He turned to leave, but then paused and turned back.
“Before I leave, boss, I wanted to remind you about your visit to the cemetery today.”
“I didn't forget,” I lied, typing away at my PC, and he nodded, walking out.
Looking up, I quickly picked up my coat and turned off my laptop.
Can't believe I actually forgot about the Visit!
Rushing out, I entered my red BMW M4 and zoomed out quickly. I had to get there before visiting time was over.
Rosa's Pov.I entered the room, surprised to see Gary`s dick deep inside a woman's body. She moaned out as he kept hitting her, both naked, and I felt the urge to vomit immediately. He knew someone was going into his office, yet he kept on fùcking someone in it?What kind of a shameless, perverted human is he!?“Uhm, Boss..” I called slowly, turning around to avoid staring at the disgusting sight, and he seemed to have taken note of my presence.“Oh, Rosaura,” he called, and I could imagine a grin over his lips.“You can leave now, Sasha,” he said, and I turned as he retracted himself from the girl who moaned in protest. It made me remember when he took my virginity, how I foolishly begged him not to stop as he pounded and pounded me.I suddenly felt the urge to cry, but held it in as I took a long breath, regaining my stamina.‘Breathe, Rosaura, breathe,’ I cautioned myself. I can't let out my emotion and risk the troubles that it would bring. The lady left, and Gary put on his cloth
Andres Pov.The cemetery had been my favourite place as a kid, not because I was mentally deranged but because it held the memory of the two people I had cared about most in the world. My mother and my crush.I stopped in front of it, heading to the front, only to see it too late.“Open it up,” I commanded the gateman, but he glared at me.“Visiting hours are over, wait till next month,” He told me, and I shook the gate angrily.“Open this damn gate or I'll..”“Open the gate, Williams,” I heard a voice say, and I looked on only to see Billy, the head mortician.I smiled immediately.“You can't command me, Billy, this is going against our laws,” Williams snapped, and Billy rolled his eyes.“Do you know who this young man is?” He asked, and Williams frowned.“No, and I don't care to know,” he said, and the latter shook his head.“He's the son of Lucas Beaumont.”“The Lucas Beaumont?” Williams asked with wide eyes, and Billy nodded.“Oh my God,” he mumbled, opening the gate quickly.“I'm

Rosa's Pov.“Where am I going?” I asked like I didn't hear the first time, but he kept up his stoic face.“You heard me. Where are you going?”“And why are you keeping tabs on me? Don't tell me that I no longer have the right to move around here?” I asked him, trying to avoid the question. If I told him that I was heading to meet up with Gary, he might refuse, especially since I'm on his team and he is obviously not getting along with Gary.“Answer the question,” He said to me seriously, and I knew that I had no choice whatsoever.“I'm going to Mr Gary's office,” I mumbled, and he stared at me for a while before walking away.Wait, that's it?No comment, no scolding?Nothing?“Boss Gary's office?” I heard a voice ask behind me, and I turned to see Evans.“Yes, he invited me there,” I asked, wondering if he would tell me not to go, but instead he smiled.“Okay, c'mon, let's go.”“I can get there myself,” I quickly told him, and he frowned.“And how do you plan on doing that?” He asked
Rosa's Pov.I knew I needed to muster all the self-courage in me, and I did. I actually had a conversation with Gary, without letting anything out, and now he has invited me to his suite. That wasn't the thing that bothered me, though; I was more concerned with the fact that he was Lucas Beaumont's son, Andres's brother. The thought had come before, but I dismissed it, saying it wasn't possible, but now it all made sense. But if Andres was the first son, isn't he supposed to be the CEO?Why does it seem as if Gary has the chance? Also, they don't seem like folks who would get along pretty well.“I saved your ass, better be ready to repay me, tattletale,” Gary snapped, and Morgan nodded quietly as he left.“I told you something like this would happen,” Brian finally said, and Denzel rolled his eyes.“No, you didn't,” He said, and Brian glared at him.“They fought again, and it was all my fault,” Morgan sniffled, and I tapped her back.“Don't blame yourself,” I muttered, and she nodded,
Andres Pov.I had been so engrossed in my work, only for all to be shattered by a squeal from the first floor, probably the cafeteria.I ignored it, waving it off as one of the jitters of the employees, but then I heard a scream and immediately knew that I couldn't take it anymore.I headed to the cafeteria, and wasn't surprised to see Rosaura there. The irregular beating of my heart started again, and I had to look away to shut it off.“Who the hell made that excruciating noise?” I demanded as silence fell over the hall.Though I enjoyed it sometimes, this wasn't one of those times.“It came from me. What would you do, brother?” I turned to see Gary, staring at me with those mischievous eyes of his.Is he trying to make a scene?“I know it wasn't you, Gary,” I said with every single coolness in me. The last thing I wanted was to start a fight with him here, of all places, and of course, Gary is very temperamental.“Well, it is me, and I ask you again, what are you going to do about i
