After I went into the office to meet with Crandon, I nodded toward the chair in front of my desk. “Hey bro, give me a sec to settle in.”

He takes a seat while I open my laptop, shrug off my jacket, and set my phone beside it. “Alright,” I say, “shoot.”

Crandon leans back, crossing one leg over the other. “So, we need you to head out of town in about two weeks as a representative for the forensics division to the Universal Airlines branches. You’ll start in Texas.”
