A week after Suzanne and the others left, Beatrice was still missing Suzanne in her heart. She had known Suzanne only for a few days but she had connected with her beyond how she had ever done with any female before. She was looking forward to when Suzanne would come to visit her again. Beatrice woke up on the bed in her chamber feeling disoriented. She felt numb and her mind was blank. Her whole body felt to her as if it was on fire. Heat seeped from the pores in her skin. The fairy speedily made his way to Alexander's office but he was stopped by a sight on the dining table. Both of the people there were seating down on the chairs, conversing in sad tones. In her chamber, Beatrice was in pains. Nomar had betrayed her. He had not told her the truth because of a mission and now she had lost her child. To hell with the mission! As Alexander wrapped his arms around her, Beatrice gave a whimper of pain because of the tight way he was holding her. She knew that he was trying to comfort her but with the way he was currently holding her, the pain in her body was increasing steadily. She whispered and screamed but he did not seem to get the hint.
