If Jade hadn't clearly heard the words come from the chairman of the Mears corporation board, she would have concluded that Ricky had had a hand in it. Wait, what if he had? No, virtually no one outside the holders of top positions in her corporation knew that she modelled the Raymonds corporation products herself under a pseudonym, which left her to look at them with an expression that said she already knew they were guilty.
To her surprise and yet relief that they hadn't betrayed her nor violated the contract of non disclosure agreement they had signed, they shook their heads twice; they weren't guilty.
