Chapter 40
The rain continued to pour and I was under it, sitting on the wet ground and staring blankly at nothing in particular. It feels like my heart was torn into pieces and was scattered on the ground. I can’t pick it up and fix it. I want to cry it all out but not even a sob came out of my mouth.
