Aunt Pen turned quiet the rest of the day, ending Selene’s probing.

There was no mention of it at all, as every time the subject was brought up, Penelope Hallow would outright disregard and change the topic in an instant.

It became clear the woman didn’t want to talk about it. But what Selene can’t understand was how much one simple name could rattle her aunt like that.

Especially since she hasn’t even mentioned what exactly it was she’d seen in her visions.

This only spark an uncontrolled curiosity towards her, sensing the incident she saw had something to do with what was going on in there.
