Wife Turned Mistress

“Hey sis, what's up?” Emma answered as she sipped on her drink. Her eyes danced around, watching the people around the club.

“Help! Emma, please come and save me!” Her step-sister, Elizabeth Crown, cried over the phone, causing Emma to jump on her feet.

“What's going on, Lizzy? I'm on my way. Where are you?” She asked as she was already making her way to where she saw her sister disappear a while ago.

“Room 302” Elizabeth replied, crying.

“What's wrong? What's going—” the call ended. This got Emma really scared. Her heart was racing as she raced up to the room where Elizabeth said she was.

Elizabeth had begged Emma to go with her to the club. Although Emma hated the club, she did it for her younger sister who had finally found love, and their first date was in a club.

Emma agreed to only come along because she knew the club wasn't a safe place and her sister would need help if a case arose. And here was one.

She rushed past different rooms, searching for room 302. Nothing should ever happen to her step-sister, she knew her father was going to kill her if something happened to her.

When she got to room 302, she didn't bother knocking on the door. She barged in when darkness enveloped her. Her eyes tried to adjust to the darkness, the only light she could see was the one shining in from the opened window. Confusion was written all over her face as the room was dark and empty.

Where was Elizabeth, then? She wondered.

“Elizabeth?” She called when she noticed the silence in the room, but what she heard next was the shut of the door.

With wide eyes, she turned and rushed back to the door. She tried to pull it open, but it seemed the door had been locked from outside.

“Hello? Someone is here. Let me out!” She hit the door.

She didn't get a reply from outside, but inside the room, someone hissed, causing her to look behind her. There was someone in the room, but she didn't know who.

She saw the figure through the slight light through the window. Her eyes watched as the man continued to walk towards her,

“Hey there…” he called

Emma's heart was racing as she gulped. This wasn't the plan, or did Elizabeth mention a different room number for her?

“Mister, this doesn't happen to be room 302, is it?” She asked, but the man only walked closer to her before trapping her against the door.

He lowered his head down to her neck,

“Smells nice,” he praised before diving back to nibble on her neck. Emma trembled as she wondered who the man was and why he was all over her.

“Mister—” she tried to speak, but instead he captured her lips.

Emma's eyes widened, she tried to struggle, but the man was stronger than she was. His mouth tasted of alcohol, so she could guess that the man was drunk. She tried to break the kiss and maybe explain to him that she wasn't here for this, but the man picked her up, wrapping both her legs around his waist before taking her to bed.

No matter how Emma struggled, she couldn't, and she didn't need to. As the man didn't give her a choice, she couldn't help but respond to his every touch.

Emma found herself in the bed of a stranger who didn't stop riding her till it was dawn. It was in the early hours of the morning that he finally let her sleep. In exhaustion, Emma closed her eyes while he did the same.

The next time Emma opened her eyes, she found herself in an empty room. Her eyes scanned the room, only to realize that the man who slept with her last night had left. She saw the cash he had placed on the table beside the bed.

“What the hell? Does he think I am a slut? A whore that he could do whatever with and then money will solve the problem?”

In anger, she was about to tear the money and throw them away when the room door burst open.

Her eyes widened,

“Al… Al… Alex?” She stuttered. Her boyfriend was standing right in front of her with her step-sister, Elizabeth.

“I told you she was with another man last night. You didn't believe my words” Elizabeth smirked.

Emma's eyes immediately snap to Elizabeth,

“Lizzy, why… no…” she didn't even know how to explain. She tried to get up from bed, but her legs were failing her.

Elizabeth only made her way to the bed before dragging the duvet off Emma's body. The cold caressed her skin as she remained exposed for Alex to see. Alex's fingers clenched when he saw that Emma was indeed totally naked. He didn't need any more proof to know that Emma had indeed slept with someone else.

“I can explain, Alex,” she tried to speak as tears rolled down her cheeks, but Alex yelled,

“How could you do this to me?!? I thought you said you were keeping yourself for marriage? What is this, Emma?!?”

“Alex… Alex…” She tried to get up from bed, but her body ached so badly. The sex was so rough that she wasn't sure she would be able to walk even if she tried.

“Elizabeth was right after all. She did say you were here in this room having a nice time with someone else. Emma—” Alex was so angered when Elizabeth intruded, adding fire to the smoke.

“I told you she is a bitch, you didn't believe me. Now, you can see the proof, can't you? This isn't the first time. Emma has always been a bitch”

Emma's eyes widened in shock. Her own step-sister was saying this about her in her presence. She couldn't believe it. Wasn't she the one who was crying for help last night and that was what led her here?

“Lizzy, weren't you the one who—”

“I didn't do anything, Emma. You're just a whore and a gold digger!"

It was at this moment that Emma realized that Elizabeth was the one who had planned the whole thing, as everything began to replay in her head.
