~Sabrina~

I really had no reply for Khemos' rude words. I could already tell this was going to be draining from what I was staring at.

There were short man-made tunnels, hurdles and obstacles to climb and run through. That is what I should be more focused on, but I also knew he would make it hell for me.

Other groups were assigned to different training equipment like wall climbing, stretching posts, and the rest of some stuff they had here that I have no idea what their names were.

~Khemos~I was still gritting when I thought of the incident with Sabrina. How dare she oppose and humiliate me that way in front of the students? It was a good thing Mr Brown permitted me to do damage control. I made everyone that had recorded the fight delete the footage from their phones. "You're just one bossy fellow with an inflated ego." Kael said from behind me as we walked into our quarters. Matt and Grey were a few feet away from us, guarding and trying their best to protect us. I gave them a nod in dismissal and they went to their rooms which were adjacent to ours. I had so many things to tackle like our security, mother's health and the safety of our pack, but Sabrina kept creeping into my head and it was damn annoying. Maybe I will finally get to have my peace after I deal with her. She needs to be punished. "You're too quiet. Oh, I'm sorry. I should have asked if you are still feeling pain down there. How does it feel now?" Kael went ahead to say despite me ignoring

~Sabrina~I cleared my throat and looked away from his piercing gaze. "Hey, you have to move." His closeness to me was rubbing on me in all the wrong ways. An eruption of butterflies in my stomach and goosebumps on my arms was not really a feeling I appreciated. He drew his face closer to me. "You need to move faster than this. Do you get me? You can't move like a snail. I don't care if my words from earlier are what's hitting at you, but get over it and move faster." He said, with his breath fanning my face. I opened my mouth to try saying something, but I closed it back as nothing came to mind. How don't I have any comeback? This guy was damn infuriating and pumpous. My heartbeat was beginning to spike, so I turned around and kept on moving. "Faster!" He yelled from behind me and I did my best to go harder. We finished the drilling rounds and I couldn't help but collapse on the floor after we were done. I looked around, and was surprised to still see some groups weren't done ye

~Khemos~I already heard the words play out in mind before he got to say them out loud. "That was fucking rude, Khemos. Why would you talk to her like that?"I sighed and said nothing. I already have a lot I'm pondering over to worry about his new found friend. "You need to stop with this attitude of yours. Being rude is not cool in any way.""Can you stop chastising me? We have a lot more things to be worried about than her. This pack is in danger and don't think the Academy is excluded because this campus is also situated in the pack even though it's in the outskirts. Mother was badly injured and is responding slowly to treatment."I took a deep breath, then continued in a much lower tone. "But you are more concerned with making new friends, and their feelings. That's none of my business. You can go to her if you wish."I expected Kael to say something, but he stayed mute. I would bet that he would have been staring at me with that challenging glare he holds in his eye when we hav

~Sabrina~My eyes first fell on Kaleb, then Khemos and lastly, Kael as I walked into our hall for training. Damn. This is going to be the most humiliating part of my day. Funny enough, Kael had an amused expression on his face as I walked over to the trio which sort of eased up the unspoken tension that wrapped around the brothers. I could feel it and it doesn't seem to be getting better. Kael had hinted at it last night at the party but I have no intention of prying further even though I was so curious. Whatever they had going on bothered me a bit and I don't know why. Maybe it's as a result of linking our minds together, but one quick glance at the rest of the students in this hall, I knew they weren't feeling what I felt. For whatever the case may be, I put that at the back of my mind for a moment to face the mockery I knew Kael had up his sleeve because the look on his face said a lot of what was coming.I mistakenly stole a glance at Khemos and with the way he watched me, I al

~Sabrina~The last thing I wanted to do today was learn. I can't believe I'm hungover from the party last night. I didn't drink too much, right? If not, why do I feel like my head will split into two in a matter of seconds? But this is Wild Wolf Academy and I need to be on my toes and go for my classes or risk facing an unfathomable punishment. I noticed Aurora was watching me while doing her makeup as I moved around my side of the room, getting dressed for school. The headache I have is enough for this morning so I gave less attention to her and put some books in my bag. I also made a mental note to get drugs for my headache. Lady Roseline mentioned a hospital and a healer's home also during the orientation. "How're you feeling this morning? You don't look so good." I hear Lily ask from behind me. "Yeah." I smiled and turned to her. "Just hungover." I said and shook it off with a small wave like it was nothing. "I get it. Last night was something else." She said and began chuckli

~Sabrina~"Why?""What do you mean by why? Any other she-wolf wouldn't even question my intentions and would jump into taking the offer."I couldn't help but chuckle. "And that's exactly why my name is Sabrina and not any other she-wolf."He didn't reply to me straight away, but after a while he said, "I admire that, Sabrina."His words warmed me and I looked away from his direction before he could catch my cheeks blossoming. He was really such a sweet soul, and will make a good friend too. "I think a thank you is the word you're looking for." He said, and I had to stop myself from laughing because someone who sees me will think I'm high. "Don't be cocky."I'm still dealing with your cocky brother and really can't do anything extra. But I don't let the thought get to him though. "I'm not. Just stating an obvious truth. It's okay to thank people when complimented instead of just blushing all by yourself."I could tell my face was already blossoming to a deep red rose. "Gosh, you're
