It was break time between classes, and I found myself sitting inside the Dean’s office again. He had called me here to update me about what happened earlier this morning, and I couldn’t help but ask to confirm the school’s decision about Oliver and Becca.

‘‘Expelled…?’’ I asked in disbelief, thinking why would he expel them?
