CHAPTER SIX

BACK FROM THE DEAD

~ Third person pov ~

Selena after some conviction took her friends to Gina's room, after turning the room upside down, Selena realized it was Gina who has been taking all her books and laptops she trashed and for some reason they couldn’t find Gina’s mobile phone and the money she’s been saving. She was pissed and wanted to vent it out so bad.

"So, this bitch has been studying behind our backs and to think she’s interested in business. Dad and mum must hear this” she stormed out.

Later in the evening her parents came home and she told her parents about what Gina has been up to and even lied to her parents that she ran away from home. Her parents were angry especially Mr. Ross, he knew how his wealth came about and he wasn’t ready to give it up not now, not ever.

"I will handle it” with that he stood up and left.

Few days later, Mr. Ross invited his best friend to the house and they were having a good time while talking about business in the living room when a bloody looking Gina appeared in front of them.

"Who the hell is this? Mr. Washington asked in fear.

Mr. Ross looked closer and discovered it was Gina.

"Where have you been you, idiot?" he barked.

Gina couldn’t form a sentence properly.

"Go clean up yourself” Mr. Ross ordered and watched with disgust as Gina walked out.

WHAT A NUISANCE!.

Gina walked into her tiny room still in shock. Aside from remembering the part where Selena and her friends attacked her which caused her to lose consciousness, all she knows is that she has been in coma because she kept on seeing faint images which never became clear. 

For some time, she thought it was real, thought was never going to wake up but then she felt a strong pull today almost like someone was forcing her out of that trance.

"How is it possible that I’m still alive after everything? Why did I wake up? Gina are you not tired? How long do you intend on enduring everything?” she lamented bitterly while continuing to strike herself on the face.

"For more than a decade, I have lived like I’m less of a human and now I've been exhausted all my strength and from now on, I really don’t know how I’m going to carry on living and enduring" she wept

Gina wasn’t surprised that Selena did not tell her parents what she had done neither was she surprised about the accusation.

Clearing her thought she quickly dressed up and went back to meet Mr. Ross and his friend. She didn’t want any more drama, it wouldn’t be bad to go on for a few more days without problems but she knew that was just her wishful thinking especially since she hasn’t seen the madam of the house and her evil daughter.

Gina stepped out of her room and headed for the living room, for some reasons she felt empty, she felt like she was forgetting something but she didn’t know what it was. 

Deep down she knew that what she had forgotten was very important and any time she tried to remember forcefully, her head hurt terribly, so she decided to let it go for the time been maybe she will remember with time, she thought.

She walked into the area and saw Mr. Washington and Mr. Ross still engrossed in their conversation and drinking.

~ Gina ~

"Finally, here you are. I thought you were dead” Mr. Ross glared at me

"I’m sorry master” I bowed

"I don’t need you to be sorry, go into the kitchen and make yourself useful and be fast about it” he barked 

"Yes, master” again I bowed with upmost respect.

As I turned to leave, I caught a glance of Mr. Washington looking at me in a weird way, I don’t want to be suspicious or anything so I shook off the awkwardness and walked away.

I sighed heavily as I walked into the kitchen, within few minutes I was done and began to plate the meals, you might be wondering ‘so fast’, well yes.

I'm literally starving, haven’t eaten in days and it’s not funny, so the earlier they finish eating, the better because I will get to eat the leftovers.

I left the kitchen and carried the meals to the dining, placing the dishes gently on tables just as I was about to go inform them, Mr. Ross descended the stairs all dressed.

"I have somewhere to be, go upstairs and inform Washington, he is in one of the visitor’s room, room 15 to be precise” with that he walked away with a sly look on his face

"What is wrong with him? He is acting weird too just like his friend but that doesn’t concern me because I will get to eat Mr. Ross’s portion of food.  A good balanced diet after so many years” I reasoned

I walked towards room 15 which is towards the end of the corridor and knocked on it.

"Come in” I heard him ushering me in.

"Why should I come in?’ I asked myself quietly.

"There will be no need for that, I just came to inform you that your meal is ready” I answered him

"Oh, thank you but I won’t be eating at the dining area. Could you please bring my food here, I’m kind of busy with something” he said politely.

Wow, this is weird. Mr. Washington is not one to be polite. I could sense that something is wrong but I just don’t know what. I wanted to argue again but I don’t want him to get angry and report me to Mr. Ross because that wouldn’t be good for me. I’m still trying to recover you see.

"Okay sir” with that I went back down stairs and carried placed his food in a tray, within no time I’m back at the entrance of room 15, knocking on the door

"Come in the door is not locked” he answered

I walked in and began placing the food on the table when I heard the door lock. I swiftly turned around and saw Mr. Washington moving away from the door, approaching me with a sinister look, I moved back until I hit the wall and had nowhere else to move to.

Soon he got to where I am and smiled displaying his ugly teeth. He brought his hand to my face and caressed it. I was so irritated that I slapped his hand away and that made him angry but for some reason he smiled calmly again.

You’re are obviously trying to make me angry but I won’t because today is such a good day for me but I will advise you to be a good girl and stop resisting” he warned

"What do you think you’re doing Mr. Washington?" I asked trying to sound brave.

"Exactly what I should have done a long time ago. Only if Ross had agreed earlier but that doesn’t matter anymore because after waiting for ten years, I finally have you in my arms” he smirked with

What? ten years? He is a pedophile.

"You looked surprised but why? You think I am pedophile but that is not my fault you made me this way. Even as a child, you were alluring and had a seductive body. I got addicted to seeing your body that is why I’ve become a regular visitor here for the past 10 years, it is not as if I don’t have things to do. You destroyed my marriage, I no longer love my wife, I can’t remember the last time we had sex, all because of you” he shouted

"You’re been unreasonable, how is all this any of my fault?” I asked

"Because you appeared in my life” he shouted throwing the flower vase on the floor.

His hands moved down my body in a sensual manner and I felt so disgusted. His hands moved to my butt cheeks and grabbed it painfully.

"Ahhhhh” I cried out

"That’s it, I love that sound. Just calm down, I will be gentle” he coaxed

"This man is a fucking lunatic” I said to myself

With all the strength I could muster, I kicked his balls and he fell to the ground wailing. I headed for the door but it was locked.

Shit, began to rummage everywhere searching for it. I was so engrossed in what I was doing that I didn’t realize when he stood up.

Suddenly I was lifted off the ground and thrown on the bed and began hitting me until I felt weak. He was furious and that made him look like a monster. There was no ounce of humanity in him at the moment and he might kill me at any time.

He pounced on me and began ripping my clothes into pieces. Tears rolled down my face as I felt helpless, he waited ten years for this, of course I can’t resist him. 

So I guess I’ll be stripped off of my innocence by this bastard, how hard and unfair can this life get?
