CHAPTER SEVEN

SAVIOUR

"I told you to be a good girl but you refused to listen. Now I won’t go easy on you, dead or alive I will have you” he growled

Continuously I struggled to break free but all to no avail, the more I struggled, the more he hit me.

For a moment I thought today is my lucky day, turns out it is the worst day.

Is this how I'm going to lose my virginity? I've preserved my purity for almost 20 years. 

I didn't even offer myself to my boyfriend, now this old bastard wants to take it by force and the fact that he got a go ahead from that devil that calls himself Mr. Ross. I will never forgive them, I will ruin them step by step

With all my power I tried shoving him off me but he is just too strong, one might think he has been working out but I really don't care about that, all I want right now is to get this man off me.

Seeing how aggressive and determined he is, I realized one fact, this man has been obsessed with me for a very long time and has been waiting for this opportunity.

We've not had many encounter in the past, so I don't understand where this lust and obsession is coming from.

I quickly regained my senses when I felt the old breeze against my skin, my shirt was torn into several pieces and I had just my sport bra on which was already too small for me revealing too much of my breasts and started to struggle again when I felt a hard smack across my face sending waves of pain through my body.

That didn't deter me from trying to break free.

"Stop struggling, you bitch" he sneered hitting my head with the night stand lamp.

I felt blood dripping from my head and immediately felt weak and dizzy

"Do you know how long I've waited for this? Now I have you beneath me, I won't let you go. I'll have you as much as I want dead or alive. I don't mind using you till you die besides that what your masters want, for you to die. So I will gladly help them. Do daddy a favor and spread your legs" he grinned 

I watched him in daze as he smirked and listened to him confessing about his obsession for me.

"Please help me God. I have suffered for a long time and I have endured but this lord, I can’t handle” I prayed in my heart.

Even though I knew no one would help, I still decided to put the small trust I have left in God.

Just when Mr. Washington wanted to thrust inside of me, he fell off me hitting the ground with a loud thud.

Still in daze, I saw the person I prayed for to come rescue me. Though the person is the last person I expected to come to my aid, in fact I'm beyond speechless but that's okay, God heard me, he saved me and I'm grateful.

“This bastard is really an animal. Who defiles someone their child's age? Common, let me help you up” my savior helped me up from the bed and cover up.

 Though I was still bleeding and weak, I used my remaining energy to sit up and I was handed a long sleeve shirt and I wore it.

"You have to leave here before they return. Use this $500 to hail a cab, get away from here and never come back. Do you understand?" The person said

"Yes, thank you" I whispered

Just as we were about to walk out of the door, I decided to ask that one question that has been bothering me.

"Why are you helping me?" I whispered in fear

"Though I've done a lot of bad things in my life I am not a bad person at heart, I will keep repenting of all my sins everyday" the person voiced 

"Thank you" with that I left the main house and through the back gate.

I limped through the bush path till I got to main street. There was nobody in sight and there were no vehicles. Please God help me again, with the pace at which I'm walking, it will take me a long time to get out of this estate.

After walking for about 40 mins, I was really exhausted but I knew the earlier I leave the estate the better, so I had no choice than to keep going. Everywhere was dark as it was late.

I walked for another 8 minutes before the estate gate came into view. Knowing that I'm almost free, I walked faster and soon I was at the gate.

"Who are you? Where are you going?" The security man barked.

"Good evening Mr. Aaron" I greeted quietly, not wanting to attract attention but that didn't really go as planned because he came out from his small house and saw my face.

"Gina? Where are you going? And oh my God, what happened to you?" he exclaimed with shock written all over his face.

"Nothing much, I just fell down a slope and I quickly want to visit a hospital"

don't blame me for lying at this point I don't trust anybody and God was kind enough to have sent someone to help me, so I have to be sensible.

"Oh dear, its late already and there are no cabs around and you can't even book a ride because the last time I checked you don't have a phone. So just come in and have a seat, let me book a ride for you" he urged

I was reluctant at first but since he is an old man and Mr. Aaron has always been kind to me, so I guess I can let my guard down again for the second time today.

"Oh okay, thank you very much Mr. Aaron" I smiled

"Come off it dear, you don't have to thank me and besides I can't leave you in this condition" he looked at me with sympathy.

He helped me into his small house and guided me to a chair after which he left to make the call.

Pain was still coursing through my body and my throat patched from lack of water and the long minutes of walking.

I decided to sort myself out with water when I overheard Mr. Aaron's conversation over the phone. 

He didn't sound like he was booking a ride, instead it sounded more like he was reporting me to someone and even though I claimed to have let my guard down, I was still very much alert.

It only took me few minutes to realize he was Mr. Ross. 

"Don't worry Mr. Ross, I will make sure she remains here till you come back, you can count on me" he promised confidently.

"What an idiot, he thinks I'm lazy and a fool." I sneered angrily.

I quietly went back to sit and waited for him to come back.

Few minutes after he came back putting on a sympathetic look just as I expected. What a good actor. He thinks he is smart, I've lived with devils all my life, what makes him more cunning than them? Nothing.

"Dear child, you will have to wait a little bit longer. While waiting, do you need anything like water or food. I can order something" he looked at me with a pitiful look.

"Actually, yes Mr. Aaron. I do need a glass of water, I'm really thirsty" he nodded

He thinks he still in control unknown to him that I am now in charge.

The moment he turned his back on me, I grabbed an iron rod on the floor and hit him at the back on his head. He turned and looked at me with a knowing look, he realized I know of his little game but too bad it was too late, as he fell down and blacked out.

Before dashing outside I made sure he wasn't dead, there is no way I’m becoming a murderer.

The moment I stepped out and wanted to fully walk out of the estate, a black Benz approached the gate and I made for a run.

The person seemed to be after me because he or she continued to chase me. Aaron just made a call, how is it possible that the person is here.

It’s either the person has been waiting for me to appear either to kill me or save me. The probability of the latter is less because the person that saved me earlier will not risk the chances of getting caught.

Fear gripped me and I continued running. Since I finally found the courage to escape that hell hole, I am never going back if it the last thing I do.

Submitting to fate is no longer an option for me. It’s better for me to leave with my life intact, that’s more than enough for me.

If Mr. Ross gets hold of me, I will definitely die.

Suddenly I heard the person chasing me call me name and my race abruptly came to an end.
