CHAPTER 36: BORED

Ainar was out again the next day. No matter how hard the alpha wishes to just stay with his omega, his responsibility he has in the pack is not something he can just continuously push off. So, it was with great difficulty again that Gavin convinced him to go. The alpha looked both torn and fond, but eventually, with a peck on Gavin’s lips, he left to meet with the elders once again.

Now Gavin is sitting alone in the cabin. He had just finished his midday meal, as Ainar refused to leave without seeing him finish it. The alpha is being so protective, and in a way, others would probably see it as irritating.
