BLAKE At around five in the morning, we finally gave up on torturing the assholes and transported what was left of their bodies to the pack cells. JASMINE When I woke, I found myself on cold, hard concrete. I groaned, my neck in pain from being in an awkward position while I slept. I tried to roll over and move my hands, only to find them very heavy. I could feel metal scraping against skin as I struggled to move my arms a little. I opened my eyes, looking around. At first, I couldn’t process where I was, none of it made sense. I’d never seen surroundings like these before—a small room with a cold, hard concrete floor, and a barred metal door. A barred door like ones used for jail cells. I gasped as I realized that’s exactly where I was—inside a jail cell. TALIA Alex and I arrived a mile outside the pack border at a quarter past two. Like what?” “Like I’m excited that I’ll be able to use my influence as luna to make changes in the pack.” “What kind of changes?” “Like Tyler and Jack took me to a secret pack LGBTQ+ meeting.
