I was feeling a little nervous being here. Things were slowly getting better between Ben and I but Ben had suggested we see a marriage counsellor… I agreed.
The counsellor came out with a stern look before she smiled awkwardly then it curled to a business smile and stretched her hand towards us.
“Hi, I’m counsellor Ellis, you must be Bennett and Leslie Campbell.” Counsellor Ellis said before she sat opposite us.
“I’ve been so excited to meet you after I heard about your unusual pairing… a beta and an omega. I apologize if how I said it sounded rude.” Counsellor Ellis said as Ben laughed.
