It was almost noon by the time they came out from another restaurant. Monique felt like they had gone through all the restaurants in B City. He had been dissatisfied with all the restaurants. He must be full even if he was just taking a bite in each of the restaurants.

Monique’s stomach was growling. She felt slightly awkward.

Monique gritted her teeth yet she could do nothing about it. She would not ask for this wicked man’s forgiveness regardless.

However, Monique was terribly tortured. She was awakened despite not having enough sleep this morning. She had not even had any meal and had to stare at so many delicious food. If she did not take it well, her saliva might have flowed out.

“Your stomach is more honest than your mouth to beg for mercy,” Henry mocked her openly.

His low and magnetic voice sounded light, yet was not as stern as before.
