Chapter 51 Will you refuse?

Rosalyn's pov.

Early the next morning, as I entered the kitchen, the smell of freshly brewed coffee and sizzling bacon greeted me. My stomach growled as my mouth watered. But that immediately went dry when I found Lorcan cooking instead of Sarah.

"What are you doing here?" I yelled out in surprise, driving his attention toward me.

He stood there, his hair tousled and his apron slightly crooked, I couldn't help but smile at his clumsy appearance.

"Umm..making breakfast for you," He raised a brow and I lost it. I tried hard to suppress the laugh that escaped me. "Is it that funny?"

"Kind of," I smiled as he glared at me but it wasn't one of his scary ones, it was a playful glare.

"Aunt Sarah is off today, so I just try to make something," He justified with a sigh, and I suddenly wished that time could just stop here forever. I couldn't help but feel warm and content. I wish to share more simple joys like this with him before he asks me to leave after giving birth.

However, as if my fant
