From the outsider’s perspective, Rising Star was managed by Caelus independently.

However, its real owner was Ruth.

Her trust for the jerk became a knife he used to stab her heart. Ruth looked at his annoying face and clenched her fists tightly.

She thought, “Would it be wrong to beat him up in the police station?”

Nobody would bail her out anyway. Would it not be the same if she beat him up or not?

When Ruth stood up, Caelus subconsciously took two steps to the door. “What do you want to do? The officers are outside! If you beat me up again, do you think that I won’t be able to ask for such compensation that you’ll go bankrupt?”

Ruth did not answer. Her beautiful eyes shone with a cold light.

Caelus felt a cold shiver run down his spine. He had never known that this b*tch had a tendency for violence.

While he thought of a solution, the door was pushed open again.
